Man every damn northlane comment section is about Adrian, yeah he was great did some killer songs, legendary songs actually. But Marcus is the frontman now it's been like 3 years guys, can we talk about something else.

Loving the new sound, loving what they are trying to do, loving the balance between the cleans and screams. This is great, This is great.

This band can change their sound every album if they want, it doesn't matter. They are all such talented musicians, their composition, their messages, everything is so well put together. The message behind this song is so badass. For those of you that don't know, it's about Edward Snowden exposing the corruption in our government.

seriously. this isn't bad, I just wish marcus had deeper lows. it would mix what their old sound and new sound perfectly. I always thought it'd be awesome if they had Adrian do the screams and Marcus do the clean singing. it'd save Adrian's voice so he could be able to do it.

I don't think I'll ever love the newer material as much as Singularity and Discoveries, HOWEVER, its still pretty great. Anyone who abandoned these guys after they got a new vocalist is definitely fucking up big time. The old stuff has a special place in my heart, but the new vocalist definitely brings his own flavor and I love that.

I support any kind of change, any kind of experiment in the music industry is more than welcome. To be honest , in the end both sides are kinda right. As for the people being against bands changing their sound, I think mostly they complain cause most bands can never shine in that new "light" as they could with their old style. If a certain style made you popular, if it made you what you are today, you have certain heights to reach. The problem is, nothing gets accepted as good as the original, the one that made you stand out from the crowd. You did unbelievably well with your older songs and albums, now you decide to try something new out. Sadly, most bands end up just making something mediocre that isnt really what they are specialized at (Which is why some people have full rights to complain about those changes). After that, you get a perfect terrain set for longtime fans to complain that this band isnt what it was, and a lot of bands get to face a downfall. They get lost in the crowd of other bands, a small part of the fanbase stays and their new songs dont go above 25k views. At this moment its when that other side of the fans is important. Im talking about fans supporting the band no matter what along with the fans of the new sound. If we want the industry to evolve we should not discourage bands to try new things out. By doing that we force monotony in music because a lot of bands get scared to try some non-traditional methods. In the end, change should happen, and it should be supported, but bands need to make those steps way slower than they usually do. Ditching what got you where you are without having an almost perfect alternative, can be a dangerous turn. Its a high risk high reward kind of thing.

I don't feel this track is as strong as Intuition but Jesus Christ Northlane are on a role with this new album. Evolution is key to a band's growth and Adrian or no Adrian, these have it down.

Everyone loves singularity/discoveries/hollow existence but Adrian's left and moaning about it isn't going to bring him back, this song is quality and so was all of Node, just accept that Marcus is the vocalist now and hes great
