Follow along on this flight from Bückeburg Air Base (ETBH) to Heligoland SAR Station in the Northsea using the Miltech Simulation MV-22B Osprey. Our departure airport as well as our destination are two very special locations: Bückeburg Air Base as it hosts the International Helicopter Training Center as well as the Helicopter-Museum Bückeburg. Our destination is not less special: as one of the most remote places in Germany, Heligoland lies in the Northsea and is an important tourist destination as well as hub for offshore windenergy production farms. Heligoland features a SAR station as well as a regular albeit very small airport.
