Northumberland County Council threaten to give a disabled man a SLAPP 

Video Diary of a Disabled man who has been forced to repair the council house he rents from Homes For Northumberland.
After publishing a video of a doorstep confrontation contrived by Homes for Northumberland's management team that to my mind was designed to harass and intimidate, I received a threatening letter from NCC legal. The letter is misleading and threatens legal action that would constitute Selective Litigation Against Public Participation. SLAPP
I have checked things out with the OIC and do not believe I am doing anything wrong.
I refuse to be intimidated and will not bend the knee.
