I've never seen a player make this much of an impact returning to the team mid season like this. Williams has given Rutgers a legit look at making its case for an NCAA bid!
Now I wanna hear @MichaelWilbon on PTI give RU some love when I watch tomorrow. Let's hear it sir. This Rutgers team had a sweet come from behind W tonight in a big ten big battle.
You should get the credit deserved. You beat a wounded Wildcat squad minus it's best player. I don't know how much love that inspires? It took a ridiculous bounce to win this in a game that with Ty Berry you could have lost by 20.
@@Areyoutalkingtome-q1swell he’s out for the year so I hope you’re ready to comment on every loss you guys are gonna have the rest of the year with the same excuse saying “we would’ve won with Ty berry”
@@Zynkclax You know the tide is turning for Rutgers when they're starting to get the favorable calls. That definitely wasn't the case in previous seasons.
Now all the breaks, bounces ( and tears) are going against NU. Losing Berry was a death knell to a team that was starting to be an offensive unit. Ridiculous bad bounce to lose this one, but to be honest. We should have been ahead by 10 points. There MIGHT be enough residual momentum to get to the tournament,( if we can hold serve at every home game) but we could also lose 6 in a row. Berry was the difference maker and the team MVP
@@Wheelndeel easier said than done... a team that can beat purdue and take them to OT in mackey and yet get pummeled by nebraska in lincoln... this whole conference is wild
It has to be tough coaching NW. They beat Purdue once and took them to the wire at Purdue and then they play so erratic in other games. He doesn't know what team is going to show game to game.
