Hi Rosemary. I am pleased that you not only enjoyed my Video, but also that you are taking this same cruise, be it a different time of the year. My wife & I plan to this Cruise again in Winter next year, when it is all WHITE. Having been so impressed with Hurtigruten, we have just returned from a 16 day Expedition Cruise with them starting at Longyearbyen, Svalbard, across to the East Coast of Greenland and finishing in Iceland. Look out for this Cruise and book early. Polar Bears, Icebergs, Glaciers and Pack Ice, this is THE Cruise to go on. I shall be starting on my Video presentation of this trip shortly. Regards roy
Hi Sheila Thank you for your Comments on my clip. Regards the Ice Ceremony, we crossed the Arctic Circle twice on this Cruise. It is a 'tradition' on most Cruise ships to have a special ceremony when crossing the Arctic Circle & the Equator, which we have done a number of times. All are brilliant fun & in this instance were included to demonstrate some of the Fun Times when cruising. Later this year we sail from Svalbard to Northern Greenland - finishing in Iceland, so a lot more Sea & Ice Scenes in a future Video. Regards Roy
