4:00 is the watershed between East and West Norway, rain falling before this point ends up in Glomma river at Fredrikstad (more than 500 km, mostly along road E6), after this point rain ends up in Geirangerfjord.
Thank you for sharing. This reminded me of Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado, but with lakes. Interstate Kyle has a good video of this road from two years ago if you're curious.
The first lake is called Langvatn (Long lake, "vatn" =water=lake in Norwegian) , the Junction between road 15 and road 63. The second lake is Djupvatnet ("Deep lake") at the watershed to Geiranger, and is usually covered in ice well into June, this video is perhaps from mid-June.
