There was not a 4th bed in this cabin. However, the cabins with a 4th bed look the same. The bed is flush with the ceiling and drops down above the sofa bed. For 4 or 5 people, I would suggest a family balcony (B4) or family ocean view (O4). You get more space, storage and a larger bathroom.
