Loved your tour but next time eliminate the music in the background. It made it VERY hard to hear your comments.

Thank you for the feedback. Yes, sometimes the background music does not balance with the voiceover and I've had better luck on some of our other videos. We will continue improving the audio as much as we can.

My husband and I taking the South African Cruise March of 2024 and we are booked on the suite 12526 which is the same room as yours but on port side. Did your room come with VIP check in and breakfast and luch at Cag's or Moderno?

Yes, but there were no clear signs at the cruise terminal to the VIP area and we had to be escorted to it after they realized we were in the regular line. We did have breakfast and lunch at Moderno as suite guests. Thank you for subscribing, watching and commenting.

Hello Guys, We want to book the family suite on a cruise from Brazil to Buenos Aires. My concern is the proximity to the pool and Noise. Did you guys have any issues? Thanks!

We did not have any problems with noise from the pool. As far as noise level outside our room, the walls are pretty well insulated and we did not hear too much in the elevator lobby right outside our door. On one of the nights of the cruise, they were doing COVID testing in the meeting rooms nearby and the lines for the testing went right by our door, but the talking guests outside our room did not disturb us surprisingly. @@ChrisandtheDonnis Btw right now, we are looking to pay $2,100 for the 2 of us for a 7 day cruise for that family room. I think it is a good deal right? I love the size of the room! . Did you have much use for the buttler(included with the room)?

@@nelsoncorley3182 , that is definitely a good deal for that room and those number of days. Our butler brought us daily snacks, sandwiches, fruit, etc. The butler and cabin steward both do a great job taking care of you.

Before Covid we were on Dawn NCL ,the ♿️ handicap room was disgusting, carpet urine smell , blood on the toilet seat and blanket ,the balcony was dirty ,rusty , paint peeling . it costs us more then any other cruises we took ,and was the worst . They could not give us another room it was all booked . And last day we asked for help to leave the ship ,nobody came , lady in charged promised us we get help . NCL gave us 10% refund Towards another cruise . It was a nightmare, expensive nightmare .

Worst cabin ever... pounding feet above you all day and well after midnight. NCL needs to put sound proofing in since we're paying big for this suite. PS same for 12005 and 12023. We've stayed in all 3 and will never do this again. From now on we'll stay in an aft suite.

Sorry you had a bad experience with the noise. We noticed some noise as well but it must have not been as bad as what you endured. Hopefully you will have better luck with the aft suite. Thank you for watching and sharing your experience.
