We were on the Norwegian Joy about 2 weeks ago. Lucked out and got a 2 bedroom Haven upgrade. My kids said it was the best vacation ever. The crew members were all amazing. The bigger ships usually have more kids because there’s more to do on those ships. We’re booked on the Encore for December next year. Can’t wait!

I was thinking about taking a NCL cruise, they offered so many benefit. Right now I’m scheduled to go on Royal Caribbean in August for my daughter‘s 22nd birthday. I did schedule it through Goldgell Getaways. I think I just want to pick a cruise line and cruise with them every time so I can get better deals, honestly this is going to be my first cruise and I’m so excited.

You will love Royal! Honestly you can’t go wrong with RCCL or NCL! We like to choose a cruise based on the destination or the ship itself!

why does it seem like their is hardly anyone on this cruise, especially by the pool deck? Going on this cruise in dec 2023 out of miami and am a little worried now this cruise won't have hardly anyone on it.

We cruised the Pearl just prior to the pandemic and it was AWFUL. Very small and boring ship. The weather was terrible which didn’t help but bad weather happens and there was absolutely nothing to do during bad weather. The ship was drab and dull. We only picked the cruise due to the timing worked for my family of 3 kids who were all in college. It was during the holiday season and I did watch Its a Wonderful Life for the first time so that was a positive.

@@travelwithjoshandtaylor okee. And besides vaccination, do you also have to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test not older then 2 days? We were in the Mediteranean in August 2021 and we were only tested during embarkation.
