The second bedroom is a massive improvement over previous 2 bedroom family suites. Good tradeoff taking from the living room area to make the 2nd bedroom better.
Yaayy.. the tub and the shower view of the ocean is gone in Prima.. Love those features of 2 bedrooms villa.. We got off From NCL Epic with that accommodation last month..
Hey Danny and Taylor. Preview shows a lovely suite. Living room a little small for 4. Oh. You just said could hold 6 guests. Am I seeing a mirror on the entry/exit door? Agree with another commenter, the living and bedroom spaces are smaller than other Norwegian ships. The suites on the Gem were huge , open and well lit. If the suite can hold 6, the living/dining space is too small. The primary bedroom and closet ok. Just dark. Or dim. Great shower. Great balcony. The chairs and loungers look very comfy. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
I've watched the Haven videos you posted. In my opinion, the Haven rooms, as well as the Haven common areas on this ship looks dark and bland. The Haven staterooms also look a lot smaller. When I watched videos of the regular balcony rooms, I think they look nicer and bigger than other balcony rooms on the other ships. As nice as the ship appears, when you really look at, there's a lot of areas that they could've improved on.
There does not seem to be much storage when compared to other 2 bedroom family villas. Just wondering if we will have enough storage space if we actually travel with 5 adults.
Hello! I have a question about this room. Is the obstructed balcony view in room 14900 really that bad, or is it something that doesn’t really matter. Thank you.
This layout is much improved over the Breakaway ships with the penalty box bunk room. Though I wish they did what RCCL does in their 2-bedroom suites and make the 2nd bathroom accessible from the hall. It's not great to have to walk through a bedroom that might be occupied to use the bathroom. Literally all they needed to do was put the door in a different spot. Oh well.
Did they get rid of the bathtub in the H6 on the Prima? That was a favorite feature on other ships. Does the queen in the second bedroom split into 2 single beds or is there a drop down bunk bed?
Danny can you advise if the 2nd bedroom allows for the bed to be split or if there is a second bed in the ceiling like other 2 bedrooms? Also do any of the haven floors on the Prima adjoin the courtyard pool area or are they all below it?
disappointing. Like the 2 bedroom on Encore better. Having 2 kids (teen and pre-teen) who do not want to share a bed, being able to have one on the pullout in the 2nd room and the other in the drop down from the ceiling is better than a queen that doesn't separate. I get that the couch in the living room can be another bed, but it was nice having the living room stay just a living room.
I’m wondering if it splits apart too. I was told that it would split, but the size of the bed and the configuration of the room doesn’t look like that would be possible. Hopefully someone will have more information about this because I only booked this room because I was told the bed would split.
Oh, that’s a bummer. We just stayed in a 2BR on the Getaway and loved that our sons had separate beds. The older they get, the less feasible it will be to have them share a bed, as they are growing quickly! We chose to book the 2BR over the DOS on the Getaway because it allowed us to keep the living room as a living room and because there would be a full second bathroom. I truly hope they allow for a two-bed configuration on the other, upcoming Prima class ships.
