Thank you for this tour! You mention being able to dine in the room/balcony, but do they bring a table in for that? I don't see anything on the balcony besides the little drink table-ette, and inside only the coffee table, which you'd have to hunch over.
The hand railing takes away 1/3 of usable balcony space. The glass protectors might block a bit of wind, but obstruct 2/3 of the view. I would prefer all these things be removed.
