Emma!! I have a nose piercing too and the guy who pierced me told me to 'bathe' my piercing everyday. So basically you have to boil some water, put sea salt in it, stir it and then let it cool down a bit. When it's cool enough, you have to put your nose in the cup, with the piercing under the water. Stay like that for like a minute and then just put your nose under running water! This helped my nose a lot and it hasn't been infected :) P.S. breathe through your mouth when you have your nose in the water, because like salt water in your nose is not a good idea?
Eve Storm i agree, when i got my nose pierce i had to big of a hoop so it didn’t look that good but then i got a smaller hoop and it looked a lot better
decent piercers won't let you get a hoop because they know that, that can mess up the healing process for some people. You would have to wait 6 months(or until its fully healed) and then get a hoop. You shouldn't have gotten a hoop from the get-go.
Even if everyone’s a different person it’s still gonna take a while for it to heal to a point it won’t get infected even if it feels as though it’s healed. This is why pretty much any piercing you have, you are only allowed small, flat studs because they are more comfortable and are less likely to pull at the piercing itself
@@hollyvictoria2658 i said it was different for everyone, just piercers are taught to give a stud because its better for the majority. Emma here didn't do her research is all im saying
@@keira_nd that's why I said some people. By saying some people it means others may have a different reactions. Emma falls under that category of people who need studs but didn't do their research
to the people saying it's too big and she shouldn't have gotten it - if you get pierced with a hoop, it will always be a little too big for the nose. that's because of the swelling and possible infection (and you also have to rotate it everyday, so it doesn't ''get stuck'' and it's just easier to do when it's a little bigger) when the healing process is complete, which can vary from person to person, she can change it to a smaller one, which will probably look more flattering for her nose. it's like awkward hair stages, just with piercings instead lol
I was going to comment something similar to this! I think that’s why piercers generally recommend going with a stud at first since the starter hoop can look a bit overpowering on the face and cause more issues with swelling/healing
@@afriendlyfirexx exactly! although i got pierced with a hoop, i was just one of the lucky ones who never had any problems with it and it healed completely fine in no time. whenever my friends ask me if they should get it, i always recommend starting with a stud, it's quite the risk to start with a hoop
let me just tell u, pls do not rotate it!! the piercing will get infected bc the crusties end up in the “wound” and grow bacteria!! best advice is to just not touch it at all, nose piercings r a pain in the ass, and they’re very high maintenance
@@oliviawhitehorse3287 oooh, i was told to just rotate it one time a day so it wouldn't get stuck. just not touch it constantly. maybe it varies from places and people!
*has one bad week* *goes emo* edit: um wow i didn’t think anyone would like this comment, i stan you all who liked it. check out my terrible channel if ya feel like it 😅
The problem with your piercing is not the piercing itself but your nose ring is way to big for your nose! U need a smaller ring that doesn’t have so much space between the ring and your nose :)
Plus technically you should never really get pierced with a hoop its 100% better and easier to be pierced with a stud then once its fully healed change to a ring
So when you look at your likes, you have four hundred something likes, and when you go into the reply section you have 641 😂 love RU-vid and it’s sketchy moments
Some people sound so ridiculous judging this girls every move, I think what makes her so entertaining/relatable is how genuine she is. You know she isn’t acting different because she’s on camera, or the whole worlds watching, this is her and you either like it or you dont. You won’t get that being real feel around RU-vid a lot, a lot of youtubers will just say what they think the people want to hear.
ok i'm watching this back, and i can just tell her mental health was not doing well during this time. so proud of how far shes come, and its crazy to see how much happier and healthier she is now
