Hi Probably it was "Quartz" (for casting bars and a lot more for ex. buffs and debuffs duration) and for digital instead of analogue cooldown show - probably "OmniCC". I think you can easly find them on the internet. If you got a problem with finding them i can upload 'em.

It was not great gear. Generally items from quest/leatherworking/dungeons - greens with some blues. So it's possible to get better gear and bigger crits.
Zygmundo it has been reported that the bonus attack power does not work on windfury and the talent that icnreases windfury effects does not work also, so it doesn't proc and hit as much as it should..
+Samuel Caron The WW procs are bugged. They don't apply the Attack Power until after the procs instead of on the hits themselves, and the delayed addition of AP falls off before anything else happens so it is effectively bugged.
shaman was terrible, they got farmed 24/7 by rogues as they where easy kills. Paladin was superior. The rng hits where sure strong as hell, if you even could get close towards a target which never happened.
Bullshit as fuck :D. "shamans was terrible" - no they not. Players can be terrible. "they got farmed 24/7 by rogues" - same as above. Nonskill players can be farmed. Another thing is that rogues in vanila go specific mechanic that allow em to beat most of the clases even if rogue is naked. "Paladin was superior" - in end-game gear or in middle lvls(30-40). If you can shock, ground or purge in right time no one can escape. As you can see in this movie 'kiting classes' (like frost mages or hunters) are just farmed by shaman. Ofcours shaman is that kind of class that's depends on LUCK(extremaly) and this is make them fun to play.
