NOT 450mAh ! = bogus packs?

I bought these 450 mAh 1S packs recently for the C186 / MCPX brushed motor project, but took notice that the appear to be the same size as my 360 mAh packs and noticeably smaller than my 380 mAh and 400 mAh LiPo's.
So I used a battery capacity tester to measure the actual capacity of the packs and discovered they are indeed only 360 mAh. Seeking an immediate refund. My only regret is that I gave a positive feedback already.
BEWARE THESE BATTERIES!

Something else I did not mention is that the packs are wired backwards compared to those that come from Eachine, Volantex and basically all other new micro RC planes from China. So watch for that or you could destroy your airplane's receiver with reversed voltage! I was lucky that I tested mine first with a small 1S volt meter that started getting hot in my hands. Double lucky that I did not damage it. Took 30 seconds to swap the wires in the plugs.

Oh Man! I've gotten packs like that. A so called 850mah pack that's as small as my 600mah pack ;-) I know most of the "C-ratings" have to be inflated by approx. 30% as well. Lot's of scammers these days. So much for a Muscle Pack ;-) I hope you get you money back. See you in the Air!

I use GNB packs. "Off brands" are much more likely to be sketchy as you found out.

We have received this pack back and have it going out for testing. We are curious how your capacity checker works as capacity is something most people struggle to get an actual reading for.
