I can completely relate to this. When I'm feeling really unable to actually move and feeling down, some little things that really help me are to do something just because it makes me feel good, like make a coffee or my favorite tea, I write nice notes to myself and stick them up on a mirror or in my bag to find later, or even just tell myself it's okay that I feel bad. Naps are also one of my favorite self care practices. A therapist once told me that it's a great way to reset your day, and it seems to work well for me :).

Omg saaaame 🙃 I’ve been dealing with executive dysfunction because of my anxiety and it’s like you literally have a weight on you that disallows you from fixing/doing the things you’re stressed about. It’s a cycle. You have a lot on you right now, hope you get time to really relax soon!
