I don't understand the amount of hate for this new mustang.

I really wish they had a bronze package for the Dark horse, like they have for the regular GT. Would look amazing with the Oxford white.

Homie keeps saying that some of the interior and exterior materials feel “cheap”… YES!!! You cannot have world class materials for a car that costs $70k in 2024!!! It is meant to be attainable by regular people. (Well off regular people…) You want world class, superior materials expect to pay astronomical amounts of money. You won’t and shouldn’t expect to find them in a mass produced sports car. Maybe the Ford GT is more your budget.

I got a 3.7s 0-60 on the non-HP Dark Horse IRL with no prep. You should be able to exceed that with no problem.

It is a very nice car but it's not worth the money gap between a 24 Base Performance Pack.. Like that Tremec is way better than the MT82 but not 20K better. And the performance Pack's come with 95% of the same handling, all the cooler's and 486 HP which in a 10 speed you wouldn't notice the the power difference at all. Don't take me wrong, that is one bad ass car!! But I am all about bang for buck and budget.. Me personally for 70K, I'd go base PP for 55K and then whipple it for another 10K at the same price, you have a GT with a Gen 6 Whipple blower on it.. Just saying.. Anyway great car and great video..

I frigging love me mustangs but having already owned a car that low i will admit it gets scuffed under no matter how careful you are.

You can get a used S550 GT500 (non CF track pack spec) for around the same price and get a true track oriented car. Not that the DH is a slouch.. just think it's over priced for what it is.

debating between this car and a corvette a corvette is only 10k more its mid engine and has over 600hp and turns more heads but the dark horse is truely a great car of its own but comparing this to a corvette the corvette seems like a better purchase everyone i know doesn't regret buying a corvette but at the same time i dont think anyone would regret owning a dark horse both are truely great cars with great value

First off, the buttons on the steering wheel having nothing to do with the touchscreen, so @14:19, that statement is entirely inaccurate. As for the software, it’s suuuuuuuper buggy. I’ve been griping at Ford (even as a beta tester), but so far they’ve not fixed any of the issues I’m having. Don’t get me wrong - I love my Mustang. But the software is atrocious.

Wrong you can get a Tremec box in a Mach 1 Dark horse is not the only car you can get one in.

At the start of your video you're sitting in the sun with it shining into your eyes. Next time you should try turning your hat around as that funny thing on the back is called a sun visor and it's designed to shield your eyes from the sun. Also thanks for letting us know that the tires are totally useless outside of a track day, cost $800 a piece and last 5,000 miles if you're lucky. I'll definitely be buying a regular GT.

Top hinged gas pedal is a dealbreaker for me, because both BMW and Porsche use bottom hinged one where your foot is always in one position which trains muscle memory.

I would always get a Supra over this. At least the Supra will be worth $150k in a couple of decades. This will depreciate Look at the other Supras from the past. Value skgrocketed. Same way Civic Type Rs can increase in crazy value.

Overpriced Mach 1. Better if you just a Mach 1 or 350.

Then Ford screams "BUT GUYS WE GOT A LOUD N/A V8!" not realizing that the modern era of people in their 20's-30's don't want to get 14mpg while still being the slowest performance car on the street in its price bracket. It's a vehicle that sells well only to middle-aged men in a mid-life crisis and upper middle class 18 year olds who want a loud car to attract the most attention possible in mall parking lots. That's why the S650 is currently sitting on lots collecting dust at half the Ford dealers in the US. Example of a comparison to the S650 and German in same price bracket: Decently spec'd darkhorse: 80k USD Max spec'd RS3: 72k USD RS3 is quicker in 0-60 and in the quarter mile... all achieved with: 2 more doors, 3 less cylinders, 100 less hp, and half the liters of engine displacement. With the RS3 you also get: REAL diamond stitched leather interior, 100x better audio system, way more modern tech, you can download an extra 100hp with a laptop, WAY better hold on its value, and you get on par if not better reliability.
