They can't help themselves. They've got to strut, pose and throw down a pile of perceived authority on citizens who don't want their attentions. "Look at me, I've got a uniform and you haven't". Well, to hell with them. I'll never forgive them for the way they've policed in this last two years. They'll never get my trust back and I don't think I'm alone.
Please don't think the auditing changes anything in reality. Real tyranny is happening so far above the heads of the police as to be in the stratosphere... These minions are merely the slave-facing side!
@@AuditingBritainMate, 2 things. Do you ever get plod contact you asking you to take vids down? And you snigger like mutley the dog (showing my age) and it's funny and infectious. 😂
I love how they always say "I gave you my name, why won't you give me yours" as if such an exchange is somehow on equal footing. As if they're not going to immediately present _your_ name to a national database that can reveal private and potentially embarrassing information about you, whilst you have no such access to a database that can reveal information about them. As if they're not immediately going to use their interaction with you to enter _new_ intelligence about you, which quite obviously would be 100% biased toward their own interpretation of the interaction and which you would have no power to influence or subsequently remove. As if said "intelligence" would not then be used, and _potentially_ abused, by some future officer you encounter who persuades you to give them your name because they gave you theirs.
It's an implied slur on their part that you haven't stated your name to them, but they have to ,to us, they have to state at least a collar number to us, but we're not obliged to state our name to them, only to the judge in court. They try to imply your obliged to give your name, because they gave theirs ------- ,they're playing social etiquette games, it's all mind game manipulations.
Extremely satisfying to witness a bully deflate, watching some police interactions gives me mild anxiety but not with AB, he handles them like a absolute boss
I love this! They're so used to bullying the public. You can see the dramatic shift in tone from when the Sergeant arrived to mid conversation when AB refused to back down. They should watch this back for training purposes. Nicely done AB! 👍🏿
If they watched a video like this two years ago for training purposes, we wouldn't have had videos like this for the last two years. The lack of knowledge of their powers and our rights is frightening. The disconnect is closing slowly, but my goodness it's a slow process.
Aha the police are just a load of idiots these days they forget all they are are public servants and law enforcers people don't need them any more and they have no respect for them lol
The police need monitoring, their lies and prejudice can ruin people's lives. Thank God for this man and people like him. They need to earn our respect.
Wow this guys behaviour is very concerning!! AB keep up the amazing work, showing these "officers" they can't abuse powers and educating us all on our rights 👏
AB - thank you so much for waking the public up! We ALL learn so much from these public interests videos and always done with integrity and standards These films are so valuable and people have the right to know what’s going on in real terms ❤️✌️
Has anyone else noticed that they actually don't care that we're filming them anymore? Their aggression is becoming more apparent because they know their bosses will back up their tyrannical ways, even when being filmed. They hate the public and they don't care if it's public knowledge. The way they treated us over the last two years whilst allowing our "masters" to laugh at us will never be forgotten. RIP Sara Everard.
i think things would have gone differently if that was a year ago, i think cameras and knowledge are fighting the wronguns. i think they are learning that auditors know the score, don't resist, protest your innocence, take it to court, police lose. even the police will get fed up if there is nothing in it for them.
I think completely the opposite. Does that make me rude and aggressive too, or is it, in fact, a matter of opinion? AB appears to me as someone who always thinks he is right.
I'm not a tyrant says the Sgt whilst acting like an hysterical egotistical tyrant. Would be wise to keep an eye on this one in the future, might be worth a bit of investigating into his past record of interaction with the public as well.
Thank you AB your not only helping me know my rights, your slowing changing the unlawful behaviours and abuse of power that most these officers use. Thank you so so so much Your the best candidate for this and respect how you keep your cool cause I would find it hard to.
It still amazes me the amount of cops who still don’t know, or refuse to accept filming anything in public is not a crime, is not suspicious and is a perfectly legal activity.
If they don't want part of their police stations to be recordable from the outside public space they should be the ones doing something to block the view instead of using this kind of fences or even no putting anything at all, like we can see in other AB videos. It's ridiculous.
from the way he just walked off i think he was aware of the memo about citizen journalists, he was hoping AB didn't know though and he could be detained and cuffed under 43, he looked acted and sounded insane to me, and i'm a carer for schizophrenia.
He walked off because all his ploys to ID and drive AB away failed, it's the equivalent of in a game of chess ,turning the piece on it's side. It's tactical surrender.
You can see the irony of the situation straight away when he wants to know why you’re recording then tells you he is recording you. They are always suspicious of people with cameras yet happily under the same law film you. They just do not like the public having rights in public especially outside the police station. They can come to your home and film but do not like it when you can film a building that taxpayers paid for. They are bullies with badges.
Hi Richard Kinghorn, while I agree that this poor man is demonstrating a very bad attitude but he does not enjoy the same freedom as members of the public, firstly filming is part of his job and has to comply with data protection rules, which include the demand that the subject be informed of the intent to film before switching it on and offering access to the footage if desired, these do not apply to ordinary citizens, furthermore while police officers are required to be gentle and persuasive with members of the public except when trying to arrest an aggressive or violent offender ordinary members of the public can be as rude and unpleasant as they choose, police officers have not lawful right to expect kindness and consideration, especially when they are behaving badly. Cheers, Richard.
What attitude. I would want to know why the is a clown outside the police station filming. What is wrong with you people. Makes me laugh, people slag the police off. But when you need them, different story. Should show respect to the police. The not sat on the arse. The there to protect you and risk the lifes. People running up to them with knifes
Imagine how terrible a reflection it is in police intelligence terms that they didn’t seem to have a clue that this was AB one of the most prolific auditors in the UK
Why is he filming. We have attacks in our country so why would the not wonder what he is doing filming there. If you think it's normal then you need help. The guy is a clown 🤡
@@neilsaxton109 The clowns are the ones wearing uniforms. The "attacks" we're worried about are the cops attacking us, not random terrorists. There hasn't been a terror attack against a police station in England since the 1970s, but we're supposed to act like their safety is so important? Fuck off, go lick a boot.
I’ve copied this from another comment on an AB vid but it is so true: “Having a discussion with a cop is like playing chess with a pigeon. They knock over all the pieces, shit on the board and then strut around like they’ve won.”
3:20 "Don't say that, it's rude." Coming from a police officer trying to enforce the Feelings Code and wearing a phallic symbol on his police uniform. AB is recording for his own protection because police officers have attitudes like this guy.
Officer: How do I know you are not here to breach security Auditor: How do I know you didn't join the police just to get access to their databases for nefarious purposes.
I'd have thought that the Police training would include Mens Rea and Actus Reus; i.e., guilty act presupposed by a guilty mind which determines criminal liability. In this case, the Officer did not seem to have a grasp of this model; therefore, either he was trained but was unable to retain that information, or he was never treated on this model to begin with.
True that is how ROMAN (EU) law works...(what the british are trying their hardest to bring in) I would just reply "Officer, what you just quoted is ROMAN LAW...In ENGLAND we have ENGLISH COMMON LAW", "ENGLISH BILL of RIGHTS", then tell him/her they are dismissed.
In reality one has to prove one's innonence. Not having a lawyer and saying nothing during a trial except "not guilty" is hardly likely to result in your aquitial even that you are innocent.
i love it when they say " i'm recording too mate don't worry" or whatever, yes officer but mine doesn't go missing or take 3 months to process and be delivered only to have what i need mysteriously vanish/blacked out or blurred to the point of non-use.
Someone with mental heath bad a run in with police. He asked me what he could do. I got the bodycam footage in a few days! It's 30 mins long and included everything. The plods went by the book and did nothing wrong. Interesting they had no problems not losing this footage or corrupt files etc. Corrupt bastards.
They don't like being told no and being made accountable for there actions. Well done for not being bullied and please keep up the good work reporting on crown employees over stepping there authority.
I have two questions. 1) How is it possible that after years of AB and others recording these videos and interactions, these officers STILL haven't heard about auditors and how/why they work? 2) If these officers HAVE heard about auditors, then how is this sort of interaction still possible? In the private sector, a company targeted in this way would have had a memo delivered to every branch nationwide within a few days.
The police have been told many times but it seems they think they can ignore it because their egos get in the way, they put on their uniform and they think it entitles them to boss everyone around them, they seem to think they are the law and not the people who should uphold it
Ab love it he thought he would intimidate you but you chewed him up and spat him out he is exactly the kind of police officer we don’t need if you where a dog you would be a Rottweiler
omg so GOLD he trying to play the we dont know what you were going to do then AB tosses the reverse uno card on em and they instantly tuck tail lol pure gold!
When they say they dont get why you would be doing this, you should say 'why would a person walk an animal out in public so that they can pick up its crap and walk home with it in their pocket?' thats odd behaviour..
Everytime I see it on the street it cracks me up I've never picked up my dogs poo I only walk him in forests next to my house so me and my brother send each other memes of people doing it 😂😂😂
Are there many blind kids, that used to play in those woods, living near you? What am i saying, as if kids play in woods anymore.. far too many bad dog owners about..😭
@@ElliHarper It's not an old wives tale. Toxocariasis is caused by a parasite that often lives in dog shit. If ingested by children it can cause respiratoruy problems, myocarditis, and blindness and because the parasite usually grows in tha back of the eye. Any dog unleashed in a public area should be destroyed, and owners of dogs who don't dispose of its excrement should be made to eat it. You sound like an ideal candidate.
this is a arrogant officer and a liar when he demanded you to turn of your camera then tried to create a false narrative well Done AB FOR STANDING YOUR GROUND Calling him out as a tyrant
For me, that was one of your best videos, he tried to stamp his authority on the situation straight away with intimidation tactics but when you stood your ground he slowly sank and eventually walk away.
Uneducated bullies who believe that they have more rights than civilians, keep up the great work AB and send your invoice to the chief inspector of each region where you have to conduct these training sessions.
I just love watching the policeman’s face as he begins to realise his intimidating tactics are not going to work on you. You can tell he is not used to having someone who knows their rights stand up to him. Well done AB
AB is an absolute idiot whose one goal in life is to cause trouble. Has he got a job? I again say bring in ID cards and his arguments are finished, also there needs to be byelaw banning photography’s around sensitive areas like is common in many countries. It is nut cases like this guy that causes laws like ID to be introduced.
Why do cops think they can approach somebody in a public place, performing a legal activity and try to demand they answer their dumb questions. Clueless bully cops again.
@@neilsaxton109 No, the point is he is doing a perfectly legal and normal thing and then comes the police to harass him, because they feel all high and mighty. It's not about recording. Police can't break into your home and harass you, without reasonable suspicion just because you're acting like a clown.
I like the way the police car was parked across red lines. We can rest easy knowing that when he was talking to you theres less chance of a member of public being abused by him or his brotherhood of goons😅
The go to reply from auditors when cops say things like "I don't know who you are" should be..."works both ways, Sarah Everard thought Wayne Couzens was an upstanding policeman, how did that work out for her?"
@@regs_j Yeah I know what happened, we all do. The police force is clearly full of wholly untrustworthy people, many of them thugs and at the extreme end, murderers. The nerve they have to think they are victims and people want to attack their precious Fort Knox level security police stations is pathetic.
This exact interaction is a microcosm of the problem with British Police today. If he would have approached in a nice manner (like other officers have with you, in other videos) there would be no problem. He came over as you were in the wrong, when it was indeed the police who were in the wrong again. This isn't just a problem with the constabulary, but the entire public sector in Britain, they like to think they are correct & helping society, but they are a hinderance & causing more damage. Not just to themselves but the wider public & this in turn damages public relationship beyond repair. Cheers AB, Keep knocking them for 6!
Agreed. I have had MANY interactions with 20 or so different public sector organisations on both a national and local level. Apart from a few notable exceptions, I have to agree the public sector in general shows a depressing lack of organisation, common sense, customer service and accountability. I once asked my children's school for next year's term dates. The secretary proceeded to argue with me that I should already have this information as it was in a previous newsletter sent to all parents. The conversation went back and forth for several minutes with her determination not to help me. She could simply have read out what was staring her in the face sellotaped to the wall just to the side of the slidey glass window that all school secretaries seem to have. Just one small example, but I could list dozens of others showing the same attitude that goes through the entire public sector like a stick of rock.
At 2:28 he was dangerously close (it's a classic tactic), you were right to back off. Besides, you know how to do it! He looks like a juggler from the way he waves his hands ...
That's what I keep wondering! But, this particular tyrant strikes me as the type who tells his cop friends in the locker room: "I'm not afraid of those damned auditors. You'll see - I can't wait until I come across one of those AB Auditors or whatever they call themselves. I know how to handle them!" So he did, and here we are!
@@marcovargas4483, that is pretty well what happened when that young Welsh auditor was arrested and the blue klux klan didn't realise that it was all being recorded. He had a long chat about how he had been told to ignore auditors but was quite happy to ignore that advice, and then had a few harsh words to say about his bosses.
“I don’t think you SHOULD”! And that’s the problem, rozzers shouldn’t have an opinion, their thoughts on what should and shouldn’t be are irrelevant. The only thing that matters is what’s unlawful, that’s it.
As the founder of modern democratic policing, Sir Robert Peel said, " The police are the public and the public are the police. Consent comes from the knowledge that your police officers are impartial and accountable for their actions."
wish that was true there so tyranical behind there blue line of misconducr and no accountablity its sickning the way they treat the people who pay them
I'm guessing ( Robert ) never expected they would morph into a 1939 Gestapo gang serving the MPs and elites, well he will be turning in his grave, as for this modern camp guard lot, time is running short people are truly fed up with these thugs tyrants.
You are epic! Someone finally putting these bully’s in their place! You should do a common law course! You know your stuff! I’d be first to sign up! 🙏🏻
Acting within the law isn't disliking the police, standing up for rights he (we) have isn't disliking the police, filming police cars they happily show off to us on police interceptors isn't disliking the police..
From the moment they drove towards you they must have thought to themselves, he's not doing anything wrong, so we will stop and try to intimidate and get his details but it FAILED. You dont need 'a legitimate reason' (3.45) to take video/photographs, as sgt 8011 states that you do. His attitude is unprofessional, ''i'm not required to do anything'' when he was asked to ID ''ive offered you my name i dont have to give you anything'' attitude, attitude, ''you clearly dont like the police'', his opinions are causing his lack of professionalism, its because of police like you that causes the dislike Suspicious is his opinion without evidence of a wrong doing. He makes assumption ''you clearly dont like the police'' WHY did he say that ?
If you don't get on your hands and knees and lick their boots, you have a problem with the police. They really think they are true heroes who are justified in everything they do.
5 minutes in he piped down after realising a member of the publics not remotely afraid of him or his approach. To many sheep have obviously kissed his boots.
Have to give it to AB he's the best auditor I've ever watched and the one liners are priceless plus if you're having a bad day he will have you on your back laughing, brilliant man, I'd say he would be great on a night out around town, fearless legend 👏
