I love that female officer. She's always right there supporting the Guards. I admire her! I also like the tall officer (haven't seen for a few days) too. He calls a spare, a spade. Of course I'm watching from ME USA so I might have just missed him. Sometimes it takes a few days to see what has already happened. Thanks to you choreographer I get to see. Thank you!!!
One of these days those horses in the box will turn on the people that keep petting, touching, stroking, grabbing the reins and then they’ll won’t understand why
Why do they touch I've seen them in alot of videos pet the horse on the nose and then reach for the bit strap under the chin and hold it without the guards realized it . not good they know what there doing the tourist it's a game. I watch all horseguards videos.
Good reason why people should NOT be allowed near the horse ... they do that all the time. Holding the chin strap, bit and head where the guard can't see. IT IS WRONG AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!
How about an on the spot fine for the tourists that touch the reins? Donate the money to The Horse Trust that take care of retired military and police horses.
Do they REALLY have to stand RIGHT NEXT to these guardsman, smiling like brainless buffoons?? And ALWAYS handsy with the horses. Behaving like they're at a petting zoo is disrespectful.
The guard in the tunnel was having a very calm moment, until tourists got too close for comfort. Good for him, picking the timing to take off, as enough was enough. How can you not love the lady MOD officer. She loves the horses and guards. I think the rule should be, Don't touch the reins, guards boots/body, bridle or horse, PEROD
They don't shout Don't touch the reigns as much hbecause people do it to get a reaction, they pull the reigns back. Only in certain circumstances will they do it.
It is sad and dangerous that people do it to get a reaction. I have ridden a horse and I am not that great, but I am so impressed with how highly skilled The Guards are in being able to maintain control of the horses. It makes me cross when people do not behave properly. On the rare occasions, I have seen people who transgress apologise. Furthermore, it must be so tiresome to keep shouting, "Get off the reins!" It is something which is so obvious and it would be better for everyone if visitors could spend more time appreciating things as opposed to engaging in problematic behaviour, which channels such as this one showcase. On the other hand, most people who attend and the viewers who watch these channels are disgusted at the way some of the visitors choose to act.
@@UKImmigrationLawGeek I agree and used to also ride a horse, I marvel at the skill the guards have, and holding a sword and reigns in one hand! I tend to watch the London City Walks channel, which was allowed behind the scenes of the Elizabeth Cup, you may like that. Everyone is responsible for their behaviour, some seem to be easily influenced. These are soldiers, after all, now there are cameras in the boxes I think they will be clamping down harder. At least I hope so! 😊
Nothing wrong with them jogging through, they use it as a short cut from Whitehall through to St James Park, even troopers on their down time will jog through heading back to barracks.
@@marywood6270 I’ve seen several examples of joggers bumping into tourists and ‘skipping’ around people. Sightseers are distracted and don’t expect someone to suddenly run at them.
Because the runners are most likely office workers taking exercise, they use it as a short cut, just like all the other tourists, from Whitehall through to St James Park, even troopers on their down time will have jogged through .
