I have social anxiety and somehow my mom doesnt understand and always sends me to our neighbours to give things ım only comfortable around in a room less then 6 people and if there are more then 6 it has to be family or in class...
I understand. That must be uncomfortable to say the very least. I'm sorry to hear that. Try to give yourself some time to maybe slowly get better at it. And know that there's always someone who will listen if you want to talk.

I love you editing so much... I actually even have a favorite moment! in 11:50 when denny's sister come to talk to us, the piano starts to slowly fade away in beautiful notes as she talks. In this moment I just can thin that the listener is not feeling threatened because he sees that she have the same eyes and the same warm and gentle look that denny's have... and this combination is so peaceful that make my heart calm and warm. thank you for this experience!!!!
It may seem silly to most but I’d love to see a boyfriend comfort for phone call anxiety, because making certain types of phone calls(like important appointments, etc has always something I struggle with and everyone in my life seems to think I’m being dramatic
Thanks for that suggestion. Though I feel like this might be a good subject for a shorter audio instead of a long one like this, as it deals with a single aspect of social anxiety. The fear of the phone does go away, you know. You just need some practice and some patience 😉
You're not being dramatic, I know the issue. While I can make the calls by now, I still always get the shaky hands, shortness of breath and my heart beats as if it would want to jump out of my chest. I just try to do everything I can by e-mail and if I have to make a phone call, I make it as close to the evening as possible, since I'm always so winded afterwards, that I just need to go to sleep.
The script of this one was truly inspiring and interesting to me. You and Darcy really brought out the personalities of the characters and from knowing many people with social anxiety you portrayed social anxiety very well.

This was exquisitely done. I'm an introvert that can come of aloof because I'm quiet so I worry about how I come across. I can relate to feeling nervous being around people I don't know. Hearing this audio was awesome. I had this actually happen my cousin got married and my whole family came and she had friends there. It was very difficult cause of my social aniexty. But I did have my fiance there but still this how it felt

i dont have social anxiety i have adhd but big crowds are really hard still they make me tired and they are just hard of all the noise cause people can be really loud and in denmark we have this sunflower keychain and they mean you have a disabelati and people can chose to be nice or not:)
I have never felt so seen in my entire life I don't know if I have diagnosed social anxiety but I am terrified of being judged and looked down upon by people that I don't know so this entire situation terrifies me even though it's fake and I can tell you right now my boyfriend would probably be the same way he tried to distract me somehow or pull me out of it when he knows that I'm scared.
Can you please do more anxiety and depression comfort please. As someone who struggles with both just hearing the calmed me down from a anxiety attack and that’s saying a lot because my mom can’t even calm me down

This was so amazing. I struggle with anxiety, ocd and adhd, so th I was such a comfort. I wish I had some on in my life to help me through it. I already had such a stressful day, this was a really nice way to end it. Btw, i love your accent. I got stuck with the most boring accent ever. Canadian.

I have social anxiety and apoligise alot. The only time I speak to someone I end up saying sorry to much which makes them laugh and makes me sad. Now people come up to me, say sorry then leave. I don't talk anymore

Personally, I don't know much of how it works. But I do know that it's most likely hindering your life very much. So I do hope you'll get better.
