The Chinese are disappointed with the PH government. Not enough to vote for PN but enough to make a lot of voters stay away from voting. The PH are increasing the cost of doing business when the economy is soft and inflation is high. The government servants gets lots of goodies and big jump is salary. A lot of small companies are suffering and a lot of employees have no salary increase. Profits will be bad this year. Meanwhile, the government gives and gives lots of subsidies to the poor. The poor will have a PERMANENT subsidy mentality and the problem will persist. The country already have decades of helping the poor…and have done a good job. Why should the PH government increase the subsidies FURTHER ? There need to be a balance as not all middle class people are rich. The PM is on the wrong path.

@@hkfoo3333 you really lack depth, each country will have debt, we are talking about the serviceability of it, not the total quantum. Also SG money is not "better" than Msia money. Is just that our OPR or rates are lower, so people tend not to hold RM, instead they go for higher rates % like USD e.g. 3% vs 4.5%. OPR low means housing loan and business loan is low, it is a good thing. I give you an example, you have a FD product one is 3% one is 4.5% which one will you go for? the exchange rates is just an indication of rates set. you really need to read up before commenting

DAP leaders are no more integrity and braveness(lost balls) who are exactly as previous MCA leaders. All DAP leaders never against or condenm youth minister, Hannah Yeoh husband who get the Selangor government contract. To make matter worse, many DAP leaders and ministers are open support Hannah Yeoh husband. The Immediate family members of government should not involve in government contracts esp both federal and state government are same parties. Never mind, DAP leaders are cold hearted, greedy and out of touch, Chinese are better stay at home.

Basically, the unity government just expected the chinese would have overwhelmingly voted for PH. But even if the Chinese didn't vote for PN, they always have another choice - not voting at all. The unity government must always remember one thing : what they aim for might not be attained, and what can be gained can also be lost. Therefore, never take anything for granted.

In Sarawak, we who had always voted for DAP, had turned our back to them in the last state election and voted for Sarawak’s home-based party. That was already a wake-up call, but, they are, as usual, being too egoistic, thinking they were infallible among the Chinese community, and they had this “Tai-Koh” attitude, no longer being humble anymore. The Sarawak government has no race and religious favouritism. Even churches and Buddhist temples get development fund allocations from the government. We are happy not to have DAP with the West Malaysian mindset.

It will not be a DAP fault if it openly says IT IS a CHINESE PARTY ...BUT IT CLAIMS TO BE MULTIRACIAL PARTY ...THEN IF ONE COMMUNITY IS NOT COMING OUT TO VOTE ...there are lots of questions to answer . 1. Are the Chinese angry and angry for what ? 2. Has the party informed the raayat when the dateline for reforms to be carried out .all those reforms promised !!! 3. How are the policies of the party going to benefit the malays going on a non racial platform since the party is multiracial. 4. Sarawak has shown the way by having all good students a place in the university...can the party do that with so many MPS in Parliament and also in Penang state....deputy education minister and finance minister..to give suggestions and support for the ways to be carried out ...boleh keh ?
