American professional eater Randy Santel and Australian competitive eater James Webb @jwebbycaneat, each vs Fire and Brimstone's Aussie BBQ Feast Challenge, hosted by Fire and Brimstone Barbeque inside the Hillside Hotel in Castle Hill of Western Sydney, New South Wales, Australia!! My beautiful girlfriend @KatinaEatsKilos and I started our giant 2.5 month long 2023 Australia Tour back in early February 2023. We landed first into Sydney, NSW and opened up the trip by attempting 10 different man vs food restaurant eating challenges around the state of New South Wales. The small businesses were mainly around Sydney and Newcastle, NSW. For final food challenge #10, we headed to Fire and Brimstone Barbeque inside the Hillside Hotel in Castle Hill, Western Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, so Katina, our friend James Webb @jwebbycaneat, and I could all attempt Fire and Brimstone's Massive Aussie BBQ Feast Challenge. James and I each had just 45 minutes to feast on lots of smoked beef brisket, juicy pulled pork, 2 chicken quarters, and some cheddar sausage, served over chips (fries) with 4 bowls of sides. We had options, but each ordered creamy macaroni & cheese, coleslaw, baked beans, and potato salad. We each added a handful of pickles to our platters too. We were each trying to win our $89 AUD Aussie BBQ meals free plus spots on Fire and Brimstone's Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to everyone with Fire and Brimstone Barbeque in Castle Hill for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all the wonderful people from around the Castle Hill / Western Sydney, NSW area who came up that hot Sunday afternoon to watch and meet us!!
