Love begins with yourself. Find yourself, love yourself and spread that beautiful energy around for others to absorb. Not everyone will understand you because the human brain is one complex organ resulting in one extreme diverse and dynamic output. So many different personalities and perceptions across the board how on Earth can I understand everyone I encounter? However, I understand this fundamental law in human nature and therefore I am not offended when someone tells me or treats me differently than what I am. It has been quite the journey of self discovery and loving myself. To understand myself, stay true to myself through it all and never waiver from who I am in the mix of this chaotic world. I am awesome and the best person in my life but took me 29 years to realize I had it all along and everyone who put me down along the way, I hope they no longer travel in darkness thinking they have to put certain other people down so they can feel better about themselves…
I read somewhere that if you walked into a room with 100 people, 80 of them wouldn't like you! Not for anything you are or did, but just some kind of "cosmic vibrations". The worst aspect of working is the need to project a "false face" to the world to fit into the corporate mold (which is why I eventually left). Try this sometime: twist and contort yourself like a pretzel emotionally for people and then note the results. The same people who told you that you "talk too little", will now say you "talk too much". From the song "Garden Party" : "You know you can't please everyone, so you've got to please yourself". I run 10 miles a day with my German shepherd in my arms. After arriving at my grandmas house on the other side of the Sierra Nevadas I down a nice tall frothy glass of glass shards mixed with dry sand. One word👉 refreshed. After helping my grandmother write her will, I hop in my dogs arms and its back over the mountains to my place where I dead lift for the next month straight👉 machine status. Just be kind and loving to everyone and everything- got it. Mission: shake everyone’s hand that lives in the US and take out their trash at least one time. Do this within one week. Move on to hugging every animal from here to Istanbul. There is only trying or dying. OUT
There was a movie years ago called "City Slickers" and in it, a question was posed about what is the secret to life. The answer was indicated by the actor by holding up one finger and saying that there is only one answer. That answer is different however for every individual. These days I have become convinced that the answer, at least for me, is to cherish each moment because time is a robber and seeks to take away those moments as quickly as they come. In the end, we all find out the really important things to hold on to were always right in front of us, but hardly ever seen. Work on dropping all the baggage that we tend to carry along our paths.

If all of us were trained since childhood to be ourselves instead of trying to be perfect for the rest and please, the world would be a much much better place, a real one. Not pretending, not trying to be perfect...Just being you, to the core, and respect others being natural too. Respect, empathy and authenticity, I think that this are ones of the most important things that every person need to develop
