Also, frozen fruit in smoothies is sooooo much better than all fresh. Because it's cold, and far more cost effective. Plus, it doesn't go bad for a long time. If you use frozen you'll need a bit more liquid to move things around in your blender. And using frozen you can use fruits that may otherwise be out of season.
Hi Hannah, I am new to your channel, but have watched a lot already! Just wanted to reach out and say that your channel has really changed my life. I was always a big meat eater and picky with veggies, but your simplistic approach to healthy eating has flipped a switch, and I find myself being able to make better choices more easily, in a way I enjoy. What stood out for me was when you and your sister said, you don't eat this way to look good, you do it to treat your body with respect by fuelling it with the best produce, and that makes so much sense. I love your videos, even when you think they aren't so good some days, so keep going! x

If you’re wanting to get into smoothies try this - frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries) with 1 banana add your preferred dairy alternative milk and a squeeze of honey. I make this everyday for my breakfast and I can not go a day without it! Reformer class looked so good, I need to try! ❤️

Love your videos! Yeah, smoothies and cold climate (I live in Canada) do not always go together. You can eat healthy and have cooked food -I think you have to adapt to your climate. Continue the good work!

I am very much a smoothie kind of a woman - I started my vegan journey as a omnivore going straight into raw vegan overnight and never felt better than I did back then. So I stick to a morning routine of drinking water first, then some fresh OJ and a green smoothie bowl some time after that - highly recommend it and am happy to see you adapted at home smoothies :) (saves plenty of money, too :)).

Vegetables actually often increase in available micronutrients after cooking (not fruit though)and very little nutrients are lost (usually). I've compared hundreds of tables of raw and cooked vegetables
