College temp work at B. Braun and a summer internship at Aesculap quickly led to a position for Taylor Hamscher, now an Associate Product Manager at Aesculap. “I was never thought of as ‘just an intern;’ … they were teaching me and they were preparing me for the future as if I was a regular employee,” she says. She recommends both B. Braun and Aesculap’s internship programs, but stresses that it’s the people that add a special touch. “Everybody’s willing to help you, teach you, get you where you need to be,” she says.
