Whether it’s a house party or at a club, when you’re using substances they can turn you into a monster. So with “blood on the dance floor and Louis V carpet” he’s talking about a horrible bloody scene in places where drugs are often used, as a metaphor for the destruction that is caused by substance abuse. And parties are often held at night which he also references in other lines of the chorus. At least that’s my take on it. I’m usually not one to read into or closely analyze bars, but I was originally a bit confused when I first heard the chorus of this song so I had to think on it a bit to try to figure out what he’s talking about with those bars.

I paused to write this so I don't miss anything lol. My take on this is, when he is in his addiction he's a monster to be around but when he's sober he's a monster on the lyrics. He illustrates it visually when he drops to his knees and starts vomiting Lego pieces from the alcohol and then it keeps flashing to him in a room with knives aimed directly at him(his haters/enemies) and he's breathing fire. He's been sober for around a decade now.
