Fishing a local club match on a old disused canal , you get drawn on the shallow side 2/2 to 3ft deep ,roach and skimmers in various pockets along the stretch , featureless section, concrete wall is opposite bank , any info greatly welcome thanks

At seventy years old I’ve just got back into coarse fishing seriously again. I find the selection of groundbaits available bewildering.
