Amy, I hope that someday you write a book on this. Your advice is so refreshing, helpful, logical, and practical for those of us who obsess and overanalyze. Even if you wrote up a worksheet that just laid it all out I would pay for it! A huge blockage for me is getting overwhelmed with the amount of info out there, and I often find myself going back to your videos to clarify. Thank you for all that you do.
I'm working on a book and it's like a work book with a flow chart like... if you believe, do this, if you don't, go here and read this and do that. hahaha.
I put a few intentions out there, one of them being "I intend to breathe better/be able to breathe again" because i'm sick and could honestly barely breathe through my nose and just now, maybe an hour or even less later after setting those intentions, i had to blow my nose a few times and i can finally breathe almost normally. Makes me excited for the other intentions to pop up
Great intention! Love it, thanks for sharing. You can totally intend for that. You can also word it, "I intend to let go of the how and be really great at focusing on the outcome"
Way before the exams, I intended to be a scholar. Yesterday, the results of the exam came out and I am really surprised by the results. I got second place and I got the scholarship I always wanted to have. I used the affirmations you taught in your videos and it amazes me how our mind works. Anything is really possible if you put your mind and heart into it. And lastly, I just wanted to share my recent experience to thank you for the videos you post!

First of all, I LOVE you! I’ve been listening to you for a few years now & you are always my go to person when I’m confused, you explain things really well. Last night I had a mini meltdown about this exact topic, I’ve been trying to practice manifesting more & live a “manifesting lifestyle” (building my faith) but it hasn’t been going well. Sometimes I’ll only get 1 thing out of like 20 & these are super simple things, (get a compliment, hear good news about my sons, coffee) & listening to other people’s success stories is starting to make me feel bad & I love hearing about other people succeeding! So I went over my strategies/journals, watched videos, cried...then I decided to take a step back & go to bed. I wake up to this video being suggested to me. Holy shit!!! Watching your videos has been helping me out immensely, because I never thought about it that way when we write our intentions. You’re right, when we write a to do list not everything gets done immediately but they get done, some immediately. Some within days or even a couple of weeks but they get done! Holy crap, I didn’t think of it that way with intentions. You just blew my mind away with that. If I have a list trust that all of it is getting done, but also don’t need it to show up. HOLY COW, I just watched a video of you talking about asking the universe for questions that needed answered, and I did exactly just that. THEN ONE VIDEO CLICK LATER and I ended up on this video. Now right before I clicked on this video, I didn't think much of it. In the past few days, I’ve found you, Amy, Joseph Alai, and Amanda. Needless to say, I’ve found three phenomenal teachers who are teaching things that I didn’t know, and are answering a lot of questions that I couldn’t answer, and thus driving me out of manifesting despite my success at it. I’m now back at it. Thank you!

Your videos are THE most helpful on YT, thank you! I just realized I used to manifest really good things by thinking that I might not or probably won’t get them. When I’d take certain tests & my mom would ask how I think I did is always be like idk, or I hope I did alright, or whatever...she’d always say I’m so negative or doubtful lol. But 3 yrs ago I manifested a really good job w her that I did not think I was gonna get at all and absolutely didn’t think I’d get paid as much as they offered. So here I am piecing things together & I realized that before I consciously knew about manifesting I was doing it well! Because I knew how to detach! Now I’m overthinking it and can barely detach...I think I’m gettin a hang of it now. My special brand of detachment is thinking of all the ways it could not happen and becoming ok with it. Having backup plans, & maybe even doubting I can get it, but being open to try. Thoughts anyone?
Wow, it's great that you can detach relatively easily. I personally find it the most challenging step in my manifesting, especially when I'm manifesting something that I really want or need. Yes, for "smaller" manifestations I can easily detach when my levels of resistance are relatively low. Maybe it is the overthinking and self-consciousness that can "get in the way". But I've found an overriding idea that I'm trying to reinforce to myself: none of the manifesting steps are mandatory in order for your manifestation to happen. If I can't (or don't even want to) do a particular step, I let it be OK that way. I set an intention to be better at it, and often as a result the universe will orchestrate an experience or give me new information, which either directly or indirectly will help me perform that particular step. But there are also times when I don't even feel the need to set an intention to be better. I let myself be stuck at that step and I give myself a permission not to feel bad or guilty about it. And the good news is.... I can still get what I want anyway.
I have learnt so much from Amy over the years and become very successful at manifesting, not however without it challenges and learning curves, however if you a listen to her messages you can do this, you already are , Amy just shows you how to be able to haev more conscience control over it. This works so well. I do see results, mostly in most things, but I wrote this little phrase on my whiteboard and it's just been, results, results, results, all week, so fun.
Amy, thank you! Could you make a video on how to not need what you do need? Like bigger manifestations such as needing a job, needing to cure a decease, or losing weight if you're obese. How to tell yourself you don't need it which is your last step to manifesting, when you do need this. I do accept I need it, which is releasing resistance by allowing it, but then you still need it. You can take your needs as, I need a job, But the job at the hospital is what I want? Does this make sense, if not then I’ll give another example, I need to eat food I am hungry, change it to I want to eat tacos I am hungry? Does this make sense? This is how I turn my needs into wants

This is what gave me a breakthrough the first time and I’m using it again. It worked the next day for me. This video goes great with any manifesting videos out there. It’s a great support system regardless of who or what you are trying to manifest. Out of all of them I watch I’d choose this video to watch with them!!
I like how realistic you are and your advice comes from a place of you being on the same level so it seems more attainable than just the usual advice. I have less resistance in believing from watching you I guess! It appeals to my ingrained English cynicism...

Hi Amy! While listening to your video I happened to have a knot in my necklace that I had been trying to get out for months. Well I did the Vision technique by imagining the knot untied. I ran through all the possible ways I was going to do this ( as I was at work) it took me about 45 minutes. And somehow I left a safety pin in my desk drawer a few weeks ago. Wow just wow! It worked.
Yes indeed...it is working now! I Intend to intuitively Know and understand the clear inner guidance and insight I receive into the best ways to achieve All my dreams and aspirations, and exactly what steps to take and the exact right time to take them in order to manifest the best possible results and outcomes.
