We love sharing a joyful life. So what happens when mom is not so joyful? It is more difficult to share, not because of the lack of joy, but more because of the general nature of not feeling joyful. I had a bit of a struggle this week due to several reasons, one of which was a lack of sleep. We are going through some minor tweaks with J's medication and it meant not sleeping for a few nights. Thankfully, we are back on track with sleep now, and our weather is looking much more pleasant and welcoming for being outside, and that will help a lot.
