Honestly I lost so much respect for Apex recently because of the crap they have been pulling and you can probably see by my upload schedule. I think its best to say I won't be doing much apex legends content until they fix their crap (if they ever do) I just don't really wanna show support for a game that doesn't respect their players. I love the helldivers shop so much. It quite literally gives you a solid, generally reliable, and legitimate means of earning shop items, and technically warbonds, but i'd assume only the dedicated of the dedicated would ever try that like 10 sc at a time. I got alot of respect for the helldivers shop, it was such a relieving thing to see atleat ONE GAME actually lets the microtransactions completely optional and not p2w

Ok so in season 20*we’ve had 3 events so far “Anniversary event” 🥳 (free packs, season laugh hype, lots of cosmetics, universal trackers and overall good event and an okay ltm! “Inner beast” Terrible ltm, bad cosmetic colours and recolours (full price), no free stuff except for a shit skin overall terrible, only good thing was that they changed the ltm to a separate thing than a takeover. “The shit society event” $300, bad ltm, basic af weapon skins, (banger legend skins tbf love you apex designers!!) no individual shop to buy said skins, promotes gambling and just overpriced shit they always give us ❤❤❤ (Apex designers you guys deserve all the praise for you artistic skill)

I'm honestly really hype for Noom to do variety content, the only new things apex has been adding are overpriced collection events, can't wait to see more content from Tru on actually enjoyable games, I can't lie, DbD, Splitgate and Lethal were peak compared to the state of apex today (saw omori and yakuza zero in the steam lib, could it be ..? ).
hey i just have a question on how to get an heirloom faster like i just want an heirloom so bad but im only level 30 and it feels like i will have to play for like 3 more years to get the heirloom and i feel like im gonna quit before that, so do you have any tips how to get an heirloom faster sience you have so many of them?
These prices are outrageous honestly why I stopped playing all these triple a games going to get back into ff 14 and catch up before the dlc this summer and just focusing on story games at this point
I really wanted to get mad maggy and my main lifelines skin but they ruined the game for me i started season 7 and ended season 13 because right after the game started declining and it shows so much its so sad really :(
Apex: we are releasing a new event where you must spend $700 to get the skin you want plus a heirloom and death box even though we were recently hacked we thought that releasing this event would really help us by making you pay instead of making it free
the weapons look the same as older events tbh, its just gold and black with a hint of color and then they drop some lore to bring whatever hype that's left, sad :(
The funny part is, the guy who makes the heirloom replicas in real life will probably be able to make an this for around the same price, but like, in REAL life

For someone who is known to have spent a lot of $$$ in previous Collection Events, I'm glad you're taking this stance. Based take. If other CCs and players keep buying into this stuff, EA/Respawn will just interpret it as the green-light to keep on going with it and ramp it up more and more. Give 'em an inch, and they'll take a mile (like what apparently went down with the "Iron Crown" CE and the FF7 collab).
It is expensive but if you add up all the legends in total for an heirloom. You’d have to spend anywhere from 150 event- 500 just thru packs to get just 1 heirloom, however with the universal it cuts that 500 cost and it’s useable on every legend. I’m still not spending any more money on this game tho 😂😂
Sad. I wanted the maggie. I saved crafting mats for a while. I got the bloodhound out of the 100ac pack with what I got back from bp. Sucks, this theme was my vibe, but not for that price. It was already ridiculous in the usual events
I’m surprised the government cracked down on overwatch’s lootbox system instead of respawn and EA’s disgusting predatory gambling practices. At least with the loot boxes you could earn them frequently through buying them or playing matches
I'm not even going to play while this event goes on. It's just not worth it. EA continues to make Apex worse, it got better for a while yeah, but now since it looks like they are starting to give us the middle finger again I'm just going to go back to Valorant. Honestly this is just pissing me off at this rate.
i really wanted the bloodhound skin 😔, ea being too greedy, i couldn’t even buy it with 2400 crafting metal like all the other collection events. Really sucks for f2p players like me :(
I don’t like the skins either and I only buy events when I like the skins or they are giving out shards. I have the Buster Sword and I don’t need this.
I spend like 30$ and thats A LOT of money for my poor country and surprise surprise I got nothing, I only wanted ONE thing... The Ballistic skin, Nothing else.
I dropped this game for fortnite due to the fact when cross progression came out i received an alt ps4 account instead of my main account, i emailed apex customer service and received no help, And im happy due to the fact this game is in really bad state and i dont see it getting any better, i truly wish they’d do something about it because i have over 5k hours and had 7 heirlooms on my ps4 account that they didnt let me have.
Find it hilarious how EA and Respawn have just fired a handful of employees and still have the balls to ask for more money like this. It isn't the apex we loved once upon a time
I hate what EA is doing to Apex. They are making this game unplayable, literally. It's so sad to see such a beloved game like Apex turn into what it is today.
