well god daum did I even have problems with this one? First off all, it took me way too long to finish it, not to mention that when I started making this Timelapse, I had troubles with video format. YOU see I started using Xsplit as a streaming program and it saves recorded files as .flv if you don't want to pay monthly something. Adobe Premiere didn't like that at all. So I had to struggle to find good converter for making all those recordings mp4 instead of flv. I finally found one that works.
So...Finally got this done. Enjoy.

I have been practicing 6-7 years now and i can say that drawing is really hard. Everyone starts somewhere and at some point we all think that we are not good enough. As long as you have fun drawing it doesn't matter how it looks! Being a really good artist takes time and its always nice to see improvement! If you want to draw something like this it could take 9-10 years. As long as you have fun nothing else matters ;D (Sorry for my horrible english)

there are children as young as 5 making millions from drawing childish pictures of dogs and other things and but when you commit pretty much your whole life to it, it's just unfair when you can barely make rent and kids have their college tuition pretty much paid for by before they even see the first grade

Obviously, this was made ages ago and Grypwolf is an amazing artist to this day, but as advice to beginner artists, try to stay away from over-detailing fur. It looks super nice up-close, but as you can see in this piece, when observed from farther away it can clutter a painting, make it look over-worked. You would probably not be seeing every hair-clump sharp and clear like this on a short-haired animal in real life. Make sure to focus on forms and large shadows, which is well done on the wings here. I would say this is probably the advanced analog of drawing every hair on someone's head instead of just a few clumps.

I find more appealing to have the realistic and detailed fur. You wrote your comment as to tell others not to do so. I'm saying do what you please some people find it more appealing than others. Its an opinion or a prefernse.

I find this comment agreeable, as its aimed at beginner artist. I often find artist taking too much effort in a piece's detail, which often leads to them neglecting form a lot. Often ended up with a highly detailed piece, but a somewhat deformed character. Is noted that detail also makes a good focal point, more detail on a point where you want to be focused and less on the area you want less attention to. However, I've also seen that it's good to keep a artwork's detail consistent throughout the whole piece. I suppose it entirely depends on what the artwork is intended to look like. None the less, Grypwolf is an amazing artist.
