Love this style of channel, I worked ballast trucks for baldwins years ago, out of London and all over, mostly 500 and 1000 ton cranes, loved it, but very demanding and away from home for ever, I was a lot younger then , keep it up fella,
I know I speak for others as well, but I really appreciate these videos! I’ve always had crane envy, and this channel is right in my wheelhouse. I’m ever curious about other people’s jobs, and I wish I could follow you around with some visitors kit on, lol. Love it!
Good video mate. I'm watching from my cab inside a demag AC 500-2. Currently working with a 48m luffer on a smoke chimney assemble over at a power plant. Keep the videos coming, loving every second!!!
One of the best crane content channels on RU-vid. I wish there was more. No need for apologies. Watching this from a manitowoc 999 waiting on my job to start.
Mate you have no idea what that means to me thank you so much appreciate it never had the pleasure of running a manitowoc crawler like we got groves over here but the crawlers are a rare species in fact I don’t think there is a single one in the uk 🤟🏻
@Cranebrain they are pretty good cranes we got three manitowocs on site two 999 and one mlc100. There's a liebherr ltr1100 which isn't my favorite it's a good crane just pretty old. It's got the LICCON 1 system if that puts a age on it lol. Then a terex quadstar 110 ton
@@egalloe72 yeah liccon one is ancient now mate but never the less still a good tool tbh wouldn’t mind a stab I. A manitowoc tbf keep here lit brother 🔥
The beauty of liebherrs is there near enough all the same button wise with the exception of a few extras on the bigger ones but its looks more complicated than it actually is 🤟🏻
Yeah like @cwb6739 said it’s the use to take your rear legs off however that’s actually been taken out of the book in ours says assembly crane only 🤷🏻♂️
@@Cranebrain I bet mate. Has the chandelier got a switch in it that’s linked wirelessly or does it just make an electrical connection through the block mate?
@@dhewitt2514 no so it’s pulled down by a weight then once the block hits the weight the wire cable in the electric box hits a switch witch in turn cuts you out well something like that 😂😂
Work is always first. Putting the food on the table more important than a video.. what's the jack at the back of the crane where the reg plate is? How's the nipper. Great video though. Shows how hectic it can be
