Hi Tiffany, I say this with love because I want you to live as healthy as possible - PLEASE PLEASE cut down on the amount of sugar and processed foods you are eating. Especially as given what you have been through your body needs to be extra careful and these things are extremely harmful over time, you need to start being healthy now and help your body have the best chance possible! We all want you to be the best you can be, it’s not worth risking your health for regular treats ❤️ so happy to see you also enjoying your lovely Christmas outings xx

Tiffany, it’s so important that you keep your immune system as strong as possible and keep your body as healthy as possible! The best way to do this is to eat as many fresh fruits and vegetables as possible! Please don’t let your bad experience cause you to eat less healthy! With your new digestive system, you just have to determine what works best for you: which veggies/fruits are easier to digest than others; what portion sizes; eating them along with foods that are easy to digest, and drinking water; not eating hard to digest foods at a time when your system is completely empty; etc. Juicing/smoothies are excellent ways to get major nutrition into your system quickly, and they’re easier to digest. I speak from many years of experience! Merry Christmas and Happy 2024 to you, Matt, Amma, and family!! 🎄🎅🏼🎁🙏💙🥰

I just had my follow up MRI scan after being NED for a bit more than a year. I’ve got so bad scanxiety but trying not to think about it too much. This is really such a bad time of the year to get this kind of very important scans done, as most doctors are going to be on leave for Christmas and New Year and getting results might take some time. I’m praying for clear scans for both of us God Willing.

M&S thermals are sold in the underwear section, and usually worn underneath clothing as an extra layer. I have the vests and long sleeve thermals to wear underneath tops. My son wears the men’s leggings under his work trousers as he works outdoors. Really cosy Tiffany 😊

I had a stoma for a year, I think everyone is different when it comes to food. For me veggies were ok as long as they were not raw, Some raw were ok as in salads. I would test a bit and keep a log to see what you have the most problem with. It is worth it for sure as I love fruit and veg. and they are so healthy for you. Merry Christmas from the US!

They hurt my belly, they are extremely difficult to digest, and they literally come out looking exactly like when they go in! (Sorry if that's too much information!) @poolahpot Yes, I take supplements. I'm blessed with a doctor who checks my blood levels several times a year to make sure I'm good on all my vitamins and minerals! I have Crohn's Disease, so, in addition to avoiding veggies, I don't digest other foods very well.❤️

@@poolahpot yes, I'm allowed to take digestive enzymes, but, I don't. I took digestive probiotics for a few years, but they became very expensive and I didn't see a huge improvement with my health, so I stopped taking those. I eat very bland food that is easy to digest and take vitamins my doctor recommends. And, of course, I'm on biologics for my Crohn's Disease (why I had to have my stoma surgery in the first place!) So far, so good!🤞 Hope this helps!❤️

I loved the vlogmas today, Tiffany! It's so wonderful to see you and Matt out and about, enjoying the walk, and also Christmas shopping. I love those fleece-lined leggings, too! I have a couple pairs, and they are so nice and warm on a cold day, when I have to be outside. You can dress them up or down too, which makes them very a nice wardrobe staple. Santa looks so adorable sitting there on the windowsill with the presents! It's a perfect little arrangement. I think he would be lonely without the presents. And your tree looks gorgeous, I love all your ornaments! It's nice you have a "T" and an "M" for each of you. ❤🎄🎅

So are you just going to not ever eat veggies again because you had one bad episode with your digestion? I don't understand why you're always waiting for your house to warm up after youve been out. Do you completely turn off your heat when you're gone? I've never done that. Unless I'm going to be gone for a long while I keep it at the same temp all the time. Just wondering. It burns more electricity to reheat than to keep it on all the time.

We are visiting London to be with our daughter who is undergoing chemo and as we came from almost summer in Australia to the winter here we have felt the cold. I bought about 6 pairs of fleece lined leggings from Primark and have loved them. We live in Tasmania which can get pretty cold in Winter and i am always looking for warm leggings so can’t wait to wear these next Winter at home.

Baked beans are a side dish in the USA for barbecue dinners. We put them in a baking dish. Add mustard, top with bacon slices and bake. Yum-o!

Lots of us here have been following Tiffany for years, and considering the horrific surgery she had last December, & then recently her lung surgery, she's had a very tough year. The vast majority of her followers are here to send her positive messages. And actually I've got extremely serious health issues myself, but this isn't the place to vent about my own situation. It's just astounding that there are people who seem to enjoy being rude, cruel and socially unacceptable! I follow another very nice person actually, and there was a nasty remark on her comment section discussing her "awful prognosis.". It's easy to imagine that was you on her channel. You sound like you must take pleasure in hurting people, which is sad. Hopefully Tiffany won't see your remarks.

I like Santa surrounded by the presents, he's adorable! Here in the states, most people reserve eating baked beans with hot dogs. I do like them but only when I'm eating hot dogs. I'm funny that way. There are certain foods that you only eat at a certain time and my brain just won't let me eat them outside of that! Anyone else like that? I love your Christmas tree! I say move Santa around till Christmas ! Have him in a different place all the time .maybe under the Tree sitting on gifts ! Here in the US there is Elf On A shelf . and they move him around throughout the house being mischievous . you’ll have to Google it and see what I’m talking about!

Why don’t you turn the heater on before you leave the house knowing that when you come back it’s going to be really cold. That actually uses up more fuel to warm up a really cold house as opposed to leaving it on a low temperature and coming home to a warm house.

That's actually very true. Keeping the heat on at a steady tempersture is, over time, more economical than turning the heat either off or too low ... and then having to heat the house up from scratch.
