Literally my favorite fish. My mom always makes it. She seasons it with salt and let it sit for a few hrs to absorb then fries it. The crispy skin is delicious. And the bones aren’t hard to remove
I bought this fish last week and steamed it with salted veg, salted plum, minced garlic, slices of ginger and a little sprinkle of oil . It’s pretty delicious !

That wasn't a brand cooking oil, fine dining high rated restaurants literally bottle up oils and vinegars for application since one spray is a very measured amount. Like?? The fk are you on.
