When I was thinking about my next video, I realized I haven't given you guys much explanation about what phase of life I'm in. I'm definitely not where I expected to be at almost 25, but I am very grateful for my situation. I have learned to embrace the phase I am currently in, and use it as an opportunity to get where I want to be. I'm sure this is something we have all gone through in some way, shape, or form. Keep going! 💖

To live with your parents on 110 acre farm is an absolute win in my book! Sometimes it’s not always ideal to live in the same house with your parents forever but it’s absolutely such a blessing to have your parents around, especially when you have children. I somewhat live the life you want to but this time right now is great for learning, which is exactly what you’re doing! You’re learning the true things that are meaningful, fulfilling, and truly is filled with knowledge on being self sufficient. We don’t own, we rent, but we do have a good size yard so I’ve been gardening/ seed sowing, canning, drying herbs, and trying to save seed from certain things. My husband and I have been married seven years and have two children together and we want to own a couple acres with a decent sized house, nothing crazy like 1500 sq ft max, we’d love to have chickens and some cows would be a dream but for now we’re still growing in our journey and love it! I love seeing someone close to my age, I’m 26, that literally wants to do everything I do. I do homeschool our almost 6 year old and I will be homeschooling our youngest too, also a stay at home mom here too. I love I check a lot of your boxes off but I’m definitely still learning sourdough and I want to learn how to make my own pasta too! I will definitely be subscribing!

Thank you for such a thoughtful, kind comment! You are so right. I am very blessed to have this opportunity to live on 110 acres with my parents and begin to learn the skills I want to hone for my future family. I am so happy to hear there are other young people out there who strive for a similar way of life and are having kids young! God bless you ❤️ Thank you for subscribing!

Most of our human existence we have lived inter-generationally. This weird social experiment of moving away from family is showing its flaws.
