I love the fact that they didn't just swap a LS in this but kept the original straight six. This is one of these cars that shouldn't have a LS swap.

I don’t usually agree to doing this to a classic, but this makes an exception. The custom work that’s gone into this is so impressive and the exterior looks original bar the rims. And I also think at least one of these xj6’s should of had this done to it. Good job 👍🏼

As you've kept the Jag 6 engine, I approve. A big part of the appeal pf these is the 6 or 12 cyl. engine.

That car was awesome. I love wierd and different car stuff and this fits the bill. That jag 4.2 sounded damn good. And that cantilever rear suspension was damn cool. Do these guys have a youtube (or did i miss the plug?) of what they build cause i wanna see more of what they do

I love this. I've seen every RWD Japanese car drift, and BMWs, but Jaguars rarely get used. Parts are still everywhere for these in the UK, especially slightly later ones. Series XJs all rusted away long ago. There was so much parts sharing between models though, and they all had such long runs that it doesn't matter. Makes me want to try a rotted out XJS for a drift car next. Remember that engine is from 1948! The XK engine really was amazing. I've not seen many with a turbo. It seems to work pretty well!

I've been following this beautiful car for years. I have an 1984 model, so its pretty much the same. I would love to do this to it. Contemplating putting dodge 440 in it, or do this with it. Either way, I could lay tyre marks down on her majesty's high ways. Thanks for sharing this with us.👍👍👍👍👍👍

Such a rad video. I used to work with Rich, fourteen years ago, as a Machinist, in a Pattern Making shop. He's always been a quiet guy with loud cars. The Ground Zero Supra that he built was ridiculous. Really cool to see local folks, and scenery.

A buddy of mine has an 85 XJS swapped to a GM 3800 V6 supercharged, with a truck 5-speed... all home built junk. Always good to see crazy Jag builds.

As someone living in Oregon, I am completely unsurprised that this car from Portland OR makes 420 hp with 4.20 litres of displacement.

The fact that it's running a Jaguar engine just makes THAT much cooler. Adds that extra uniqueness to it that a JZ wouldn't have.

Just moved to Oregon city a month ago and I pass by there everyday bout time I seen some use out of that massive building and even better it's with fast cars😊🤘✊🏎🏎

Folks were dropping SBCs into these to improve reliability when it was still a new car, (Long before the LS came around.) So I was surprised and pleased to see these guys using the straight six. That's dedication.

I put a pair of black Sparco R111 Alcantera seats up front but the rest is original leather..The 6 was shot so its not an otion to replace..It let loose at 37,481 miles..as the car shows zero wear.I was my uncle who gave it to me in in 91 when I turned 16 as a project..I wanted to to a full S-Trim GT40 with a Tremec TKO since I had it all ready but I blew up my money making street car which was a 1990 SSP MUSTANG EX TX DPS car I swapped..AND STILL HAVE!!Ive been offered CRAZY money for it..I had it restored back to DPS LIVERY FROM PAINT TO INTERIOR..i WILL NOT EVER SELL IT though!!! I want to put a Coyote motor in it with my Magnum T56 OR T6060...I HAVE BOTH.. THE DAMN COYOTE ENGINE IS SO EXPENSIVE!!
