Hi po. Sana magawa ko din like yours kc sis u didnt show in the video ung consistency ng boiled sugar bago nyopo ibinuhos sa meringue. Pero my idea na din nmn ako sa pag gawa ng boiled icing. Bydway sis, mainit ba ung melted marsmallows ng i add nyopo sa eggwhites? Pano kaya kung gelatine n lng i add ko anyways i hv here gelatine knox? Incase pwede, ilang teaspoon po ang iadd kong gelatine? Tsaka ok na ba ung 1 tbsp water na i add sa gelatine? And can i just double broiler method since wla pako microwave? Sana masagot mo sis queries ko for more tips. Tnx

hi,if I will use candy thermometer, pag start po ng boil ko sya ilalagay to get the right temp.? UPDATE:nagawa q po sya pero hindi kasing stiff katulad po ng sa inyo.
Great recipe. Thx so much for sharing. Downside of this video is the background music which was not relaxing at all. The drums were quite annoying for this type of video (I like drums but for this typeof video I think soft, relaxing music would be best).
As shown sa video alsado na yung eggwhite. The marshmallow will allow the eggwhite na hindi mag overmix before mo ma add yung syrup. Panoorin mo po yung video may instructions po doon

No. It is stabilized by the marshmallow which contains gums and gelatin. For the sake of checking its stability, I tested it over night na naka room temp and few hours under the sun. The result was great no changes to the icing but since the main ingredient is egg white I do not recommend that it should be kept at room temperature more than 4 hours kasi high risk ingredient po ang egg which can cause food poisoning. Once you pipe the icing into the cupcake and store it at room temperature kindly consume it before it reaches the maximum 4 hours advised time.

I tested this na naka exposed in direct sunlight for couple of hours and let it sit outside overnight. The marshmalow makes it stable kaya yes it will not get watery or disintegrate. This can cover 1 dozen of cupcakes or an 8 inch cake
Hi mam, magandang araw..bago lang po ako sa baking, willing po akong matutu. Mag tanung lang po! Wala akong microwave, any ba ang substitute sa Pag melt ng marshmallow? Balak ko sanang gawin yung marshmallow frosting mo..maraming salamat po.
Puwede naman po sa kaserola basta low flame lang may water po naman yun na kasama. Basta tuloy tuloy lang po ang paghahalo para hindi ka masunugan tsaka mag sure na makapal na kaserola

Yung naka pipe na icing? I tested it for 24 hours nakadarang sa init but of course you should not do that kasi egg yung boiled icing. So that testing is just to prove na kahit sa mainit na lugar it will hold up
MENARD TAPERLA you can only mix it kapag hindi pa nag boil once na nag boil na you can’t mix it. Hindi ko sya hinahalo i was just checking kung ready na ang syrup

Yun yung boiled icing na hindi tama ang pagkaka boil ng syrup mo. Nailagay mo sya ng hindi pa nareach yung tamang temp ng syrup. That stage matubig pa ang syrup then if hindi stabilized yung recipe ng boiled icing then that moisture na extra will not be kept there specially kung humid dyan. So try my recipe
OMG .tatry ko talaga to.. ilan beses nako nagtry mag gawa ng boiled icing.. maayos sa una pero pag mejo tumagal na nagiging watery na sya. Wahhhh hoping na sana eto na yung hinahanap kong sagot para maperfect kona .. 🙏😍
I showed the tablespoon drip test. Dip the spoon then kapag yung syrup is thick na at slow ang oag drip tapos two are dripping and combine into one drip and before it hits the kaserola nagkakaroon ng parang thread-like formation yun ready na sya
