You order your Uber Pool, get in, and the awkward experience begins. We try to distract ourselves with our phones and avoid eye contact at all costs. Holding our breath, hoping that we arrive at our destination without any incident that would escalate the awkwardness. We become distant, cold, but it doesn't have to be that way.
