Shout out to Nota for being transparent about everything that's going on in the industry off camera, this helps us to not have silly misconceptions about what is being inflamated by the biased media we consume as the general public. That's my two cents on the issue.
Every time Pen said "this makes me sad" I felt it. Our beloved Podcast & Chill and the turmoil it has endured behind the scenes makes me respect Mac for all his efforts in trying to keep things together.
I want someone to pin this podcast. Nkululeko and Pen have had the maturity to not only listen to where NOTA is coming from but also call him out in a way that doesn't "drag" or cancel him , but demonstrates how destructive he can be. NOTA truly confuses me , on one hand I see a deeply introspective , articulate and caring individual, but at the flick of a hat, he can scorch the earth. NOTA , a flame can light a thousand candles or it could burn a thousand forests. Listen to your brothers when they guide you. We cannot lose you to the intellectual abyss. You need to get your house in order before you go and clean others mate. You should take that responsibility seriously as leader and an intellectual. This ain't about the retweets or one upping homies , or the proverbial "I told you so". You have the ability to change lives. Do it for the better lad - with great power, comes great responsibility. And for all the young South Africans watching ,let this podcast be a precedent for intellectuals holding each other accountable and engaging in robust conversation. We are all the better for this. Rumble young men, rumble.
I even notice his body language between them. He seems uncomfortable, he knows and he feels that he is sitting between two level headed men who are not forever chasing clout and trends lists.
Nota has problems, he has problems of crediting himself on the things other achieve. that will be his downfall.he like to look like a hero in every story
Nota needs help. This facade of being invincible does not help his cause. Deep down he yearns to be recognised for his contribution to the entertainment industry. But his approach seems to do more harm than good. I pray someone (he trusts) sees through the fake appearance and finds help for him. He is extremely intelligent, yes. But if he is not guided, like a sharp knife, he'll hurt more people (including himself)
He has destroyed what he has built by doing exactly this, I have followed MacG channel since Lenn was there, for a while it was Kwesta now his next victims are Sol and MacG. Why is he worried about Macg’s business when MacG appreciates Sol every time and they have a good relationship. Next guy he will hurt is the guy who is hosting him right now.

The biggest mistake Podcast and Chill ever did was involve Nota. He keeps saying he does all this to protect Mac but he is going out of his way to cause a rift.

Nota needs to be honest please, When MacG brought up Dineo and khaya FM he knew Sol will be the on the show, hence the next Monday episode when Sol announces that he is joining Khaya MacG obviously we knew from last week but they could not say anything because Khaya had not made that announcement, nibusy apha praising a liar and manipulator who is jealous of Sol.
I agree with Penuel. This conversation made me very sad. It seems MacG and Sol do not trust each other. Something about the involvement of Nota might in MacG's dealings is off. This conversation was horrific where Podcast and Chill is concerned, even if its true, we did not need to know all of this. Otherwise these 3 plus Mac and Sol are my favs! Penuel spoke so much sense today!!!
Be transparent... However also work on your delivery. This has nothing to do with jealousy I don't know you like that so there's nothing to be jealous about.
I remember Taz Singh once said there is a male figure that is going to bring negativity and honestly this is Nota. I had made respect love and respect for the brother but he is honestly creating a rift that is not needed. Sol is his own man and he is doing what everyone would which is providing a living for himself and family

The only reasons he's doing so many podcasts: 1. Vanity (the positive comments, he feeds on them) 2. To take jabs at his estranged wife because he can't reach her enough to quell his ego. He wants to wound her, tarnish her reputation and alienate her to the point that he becomes her only savior. Since he's a hero in all situations. 3. Trash his perceived enemies. And to be his enemy is simple, just call him out and stand your ground. The emotional intelligence of a toddler. He pretends he has a grand plan, he doesn't. In all his podcast appearances besides the reasons above, what progressive thing has he spoken about? What has he made you look forward to? Pro black rhetoric is just that, rhetoric. Conspiracies are just that. Has he spoken about maybe finding an abandoned farm/building to start maybe an alternative holiday school to teach children real history and self sufficiency? Maybe start a podcast focusing of financial management in a truly SA context? Launch a crypto currency to facilitate cross intra African trade? Nope. Zero ma'am. That's your child prodigy 🤢🤮.

Nota is intelligent that can never be taken away from him but he's very toxic. I get his friendship with Nkululeko, but Nkululelo need to be very careful.

When Sol was getting all excited about Shimza wining the court case against Nota and mentioning it on the podcast MacG did not even bother to entertain him he shut him down same time. Sol and MacGs beef is still maturing one day they will have a serious fallout.
No , I think eventhough mac blocked Nota he still cares about him , that is why even when they spoke about his issue and his ex wife Mac said he is worried about him
Nota is intelligent yes but he doesn't listen to anyone. He doesn't allow people to make a point and finish before he speaks. This makes him an unpleasant person to have a conversation with. Nkululeko can teach Nota a lot about listening and allowing others to make their points. Others didn't get a chance to speak.

Nkululeko, you need to allow conversation to flow even into dark spaces. Allow Nota to talk even about his wife/family because young women and men can relate and need to learn. We are not listening to establish who is wrong or right but we learn as you guys talk(paint pictures).

I understand Freedom of Speech and all of that but Nkululeko we really didn't need to hear the first 40 minutes of this podcast(I'm not blaming you but I'm saying you should've made an Executive decision and removed that part as a fellow podcaster) some serious business intelligence was shared here which could potentially create permanent cracks for McGee with a lot of people including the critical co-host. These are trade secrets and you just divulged them in the public like that. Confidentiality is crucial. Nota really needs to do better!

It's actually very concerning how low the bar is. English nyana, a good view here and there, boom genius. The boy is not stupid but genius is a stretch. Calling himself a prodigy, a prodigy of what exactly 🤷♂️. Imagine a whole Kanye West gets mocked of claiming genius, here we have Not-a-genius and his flock in awe. Can't even give a clear answer of what he does day to day except listen to podcasts at 100x. All I keep asking for is for all three of them to take a simple IQ test on the podcast just to give us a ball park figure, it would make for some content, a break from delusions of grandeur and meaningless conspiracies and straight up malicious gossip.
Nota like to say whatever he want without mostly caring about the consequences of what he says. BUT GENIOUS HE IS WITHOUT A DOUBT. His view on things is out of this world.
