FYI, Stand Together is not "still economy" in true-solo because it is not legal to play it if there's no other investigator at your location. (This can crop up in multiplayer too.)
You are right. It's in the Target rule. You can not initiate the ability, if there is no legal target. And you have no legal target if playing (true) solo.
We have talked about it in the discord, but Quickdraw Holster is not actually that great in big gun decks. It is good, and it will provide some value, but because of the fact you have to play your 2 handed gun after your one handed gun and Quickdraw Holster, it makes it a little more tricky. Where it is great is in a one handed gun deck, where all your weapons are one handed, so you never run into the issue of finding your 2 handed weapon first. Justin mentioned it, but Tony is definitely the best user of it as he has 2 one handed weapons to start with, and then has access to other very strong ones. It is still a good card in Leo, but you have to be careful about the sequencing issue that Quickdraw has.
Leo is definitely an Investigator who benefits from not using taboo. Access to Guardian big guns and Double or Nothing can create some insane damage like nothing else in the game. And with Sleight of Hand and the Rogue ammo cards he can keep shooting longer than other Guardians. It's also great to have Rogue's resource-generating cards to feed Keen Eye and all the other resource-hungry blue cards. I think in general Guardian 5/Rogue 2 is such a solid class combo that you can do a lot without even leaning that hard into his ally gimmick.
I was just making a new Leo deck last night. And I was hoping that I could have one of these to watch before. Oh well. I went with a blessed token shotgun build. Thank you for making these.
Im having a blast playing leo with runic axe and enchant weapon with focus on double or nothing and sled dogs with sword tarot, suddenly you have a 15 horror, 15 life soak before they can get to your hp
