Now I am so jealous. I have been hiking Mount Misen on Christmas day 2019, this kind of day, crisp, cold, sunny, and went down using the ropeways. Surprised it was all closed, covid restriction maybe ? There are 3 main trails and we hiked the further west one. absolutely fantastic. Done it also 15ears ago aor so when I was living in Osaka. My wife is japanese and I am french and this was nearly a year ago. We are now stuck in Hong Kong for a year where we work and live since 12 years. Itsukushima shrine was already covered and surrounded by scaffoldings a year ago...Take care and great video !

Oh... Yes, I remember that place... We took the Land Cruiser across and spend a few nights on the beach on the north side of the island. Shot some very nice adult dears with giant antlers in the morning... Oh and yes, crazy little rice cake factories everywhere. Sorry for the Tori being in disguise for you...

Oui oui ca va etre chouette. Une superbe communauté ici aussi. Beaucoup de 4x4 action au programme. Camping. Rencontres avec des enthousiastes du off road. Des marchés nocturnes. Beaucoup de nature. Etc etc. On fini notre quarantaine et c'est parti !!!
