I don't know why but I have a feeling that due to over hype of the phone there is something reviewers are hiding about it. So let's wait for honest reviewers to review it.
I got phone one 256 white and I faced green tint issue and I got replacement as well , second phone was good... My personal review about NP 1 is It's design is excellent gives the different unique look and attention. Gliph light will look exciting only for a week then it will be a childish thing and eventually you'll turn it off..(so technically no use). Build and waterproof issue will be always concerning .. It's the first phone of nothing so there are bugs in OS but negligible, overall OS is excellent gives the pixel stock feel . I returned the replacement product as well because I felt I couldn't use it for around a year or so ... And it's resale will be bizzare... Thankyou I hope someone will find my comment helpful ..
Price doesn't justiy the package they are trying to offer. And that delay in camera shutter was brutal ( Can be fixed with software update) but it's more gimmick than the actual value.
Dude the hype is just not justifiable the phone is not the best value phone i dont think, because many people at this price range have something they wanna have like priorities mabye cameras mabye gaming mabye battery, while it's not the worst at any of those things I think nothing brand has only focused its priorities at design

Battery - decent enough to last a day and doesnt make phone bulky Performance- very solid processor with clean and light UI paired with 120hz so overall smooth experience Display- oled 120hz and symmetrical bezel which we only get in flagship phones
The phone looks so premium... But at the same time we also can't deny the fact that it's a beginner in the market so according to that they should have included the charging adaptor to make it work in the market , therwise now people will have to think 10 times before buying this.. I mean why would someone pay so much in a fresh product that we know nothing about...
I just bought a 12 gb variant and the phone is blazing fast without any hiccups! No issues so far with the software apart from 1. the Camera app! It on very rare occasions lags and stutters! 2. The device is not supported for AR Core. Means no AR app or experience would work on it. Which is a big downer for me as I'm working on an AR App right now and I'm not able to test it in this amazingly beautifully smoothly fast device. Very disappointed but hopefully they will make it available for this in a few months for sure as even my Redmi Note 5 was supported by AR Core which is a 5 year old phone! But apart from this the phone is a masterpiece. Go for it without any hesitation.
The negativity around this phone is mostly due to the extreme hype created around it. This is definitely on the brand and not the people. But as an appreciator of the experience the iPhone provides, and a lover of Android customisation, I really look forward to Nothing, as it is trying to be the perfect ensemble of both worlds. I think tech RU-vidrs are not hiding anything about the phone(hopefully), maybe we all just want Nothing to be something different that we can be proud of. And for that, they need some support. I mean come on guys, haven't you heard of ear 1s? They didn't let us down, so maybe we can have some faith in the phone 1 too.. 🤞
I checked the video of Prasad tech, in that video, I don't know what he exactly said, but as far as I have seen, the whole negativity is regarding the message sent by Nothing, which states that the phone is not for Indians from the South. But the admin has mentioned that the message is not from Nothing in that video's comment section. It was a prank played by him to make the video funny.
I have an iPhone 13 and this really looks like an iPhone😂but props to Nothing for doing this on midrange phones with great price. Hope this phone performs well
First I was so exited about it , but 33 W charging , no charger , no phone cover , avg cameras is what stopping me to buy it. The UI is absolutely better than icoo and poco phones. ALSO no one is talking about the detailed review , everyone is walking around the specs. Its a good decision to wait for some comparisons with the other competitors under 32k. Lets see how well it goes against other smartphones.🤞✌️
Only good thing I found in this phone is 50 main+ 50 MP ultra wide camera setup. I request other brand not to give us 4 or 5 cameras just give us 2 that perform well. I could not find anything else interesting in this phone that other brands are not providing
@@prash1246 other than that useless led at the back nothing has nothing special. Even Xiaomi gives 3 years of OS upgrade ( obviously samsung, google , OnePlus gives as well ). performance wise many other devices are better , display wise it's just an avg display at that price . Camera looks mediocre as well . Battery optimisation not revealed yet . Charging is slow ( comparatively) . Bezels are thick not thin .

I was going to buy this phone but the moment they decided to not to put charger in the box, they lost me... How can they expect that will have the charger of phone who is launching for the first time... Logic ♾️ Edit: I have a 18 watt vooc charger (which is usb to microusb, not type c), so yes i don't have a good type c charger already, and if you think launching a new phone without charger is okay then go buy it, it's your choice, if I'm putting my 35k into something i can't risk it like that. They simply want you to pay more by adding the excuse of buying charger seperately, I will go with Moto edge 30 which has similar specs and clean UI with far more reasonable pricing and have charger in the box.
first thing I loved about phone is that design is looking fresh and diffrent, camera setup is looking nice, I literally hate those 4 5 camera lenses that comes in now a days phones.

@@rehaann16 given that rupee value is at 80 rupees now, it will cost even more, Google is known to price very premium for their products, pixel 4a launch price is also around 40k in 2020. So if at alk pixel 6a releases dont be suprised to see price around 45k to 50k.
They have focused on hardware experience, equal bezels on all sides, backlight, sounds, 120hz Amoled. Software is what they have to work on. camera they have to work on.

@@AryanRaj-vr6sc I hope sd778+ is not more powerful than 870 nd 870 hasn't heating issues also. Price range also matter. If it is 30-32k then sd778+ is worthless, regardless how much efficient processor it is.

I personally feel that this phone looks kinda ugly. The led interface on the back of the phone doesn't have any practical usage, it completely kills the minimalism. I would choose Nord 2t anyday over this. Nothing phone changes nothing

It has a boxy design just like the iPhone 12 and the cameras are also placed in a similar manner. However, it’s a balanced phone under this price range. It could be considered as an option to buy :)
What makes it special Only back panel , I won't pay 31k for backpanel only There are several other options having better processor, better screen quality and better camera 📷

Not just overhyped but it's also pathetically overlypriced. For a new brand,pricing is always a key to cement it's spot in a smartphone market. Phones with Snapdragon 865/870/888 under 35k are much better deal than Nothing's puppet. All the gimmicky stuff added is of no use in actual for an average customer plus no adaptor in the box will make it even more expensive. If it's price gets reduced to 25k after few months, for sure it'll be somewhat a better deal but presently it's a sheer wastage of hard earned money. Carl Pei literally disappointed everyone as people were expecting something miraculous like OnePlus One. He only focused on creating hype than something ground shattering.
Rightly said but the important point is thats how Carl Pei used to run One plus so same hype stratey was used with Nothing as well and pricing wise they know some hype and it will be sold.
