Thank you very much for your time and kindness in sharing your knowledge. It was very productive, video is super helpful.. I only have a question about the lower fixation. I recommend making the markings without it being 100% pressed (6:13) for better functionality when removing the screen from the wall. Have a great day, Zara
I like this screen in all conditions so far. My dark room doesn't have a screen actually. I'm projecting on the wall. I get about 140” and a screen that size is pricy. But it looks fine to me on the wall in the dark.
Thank you for creating this. I have been thinking about getting an UST and screen, but had my doubts on how to align screen and image. Your video was exactly what I needed to understand the process upfront 🙂
Hi thanks for the video . Any issues with hotspotting in the center of the screen ? I bought the classic ALR pet crystal and have a very noticeable hot spot in the center of the screen . Looks like the lens reflection a slight orange/yellow color
@EVERYTHINGcpo do you still use the ls800/NP black series combo? Are you happy? Anything that you dont like? Wondering whether to go the same way myself at the moment
great video and thank you for this! I just bought an Epson LS650 and Nothing Projector 120" screen. Today is the day I'm installing the screen and your video is super helpful. thx again
so I got everything installed. I did notice some "finger print" marks or some kind of little smudges on the back and front of my screen when I unrolled it. They aren't noticeable while when the projector is on, but definitely noticeable when the projector is off. Not sure if you experienced the same thing. Also, add me to the list of folks that had a really hard time to get the edges put on. The first problem was getting the holes to align properly, then the 2nd problem was a small gap on the top edges between the two pieces. I really had to play around with this and leave a screw loose here and tighten a screw there to get it all to somewhat align. I never could get it perfect and if I really look, I can notice the top middle and the pieces are not perfectly aligned. The OCD in me hates it...but I do forget about it when I watch with the projector on. oh well. The screen looks really good however both during the day and night. I'd have to give this screen about a 8/10.
I didn’t. I just screwed straight into the studs without drilling a pilot hole. If you use the drywall anchor just pick a bit that is slightly smaller than the anchor and then lightly hammer the anchor into the hole. Snug is good.
