Idk of it's going to be 100% effect, but I'm hyper vigilant about media consumption period for my bb. No personal devices. Limited and monitored TV time. We listen to EXTREMELY kid-friendly music when we do listen to music AND we PLAY. I invest in interactive toys, we hike, go to the gym, we're learning Spanish together, read books, etc. My child has an imagination equivalent to the imagination that existed before we had the Internet 😂 seriously again I don't have all the answers, but my kid is legitimately the ONLY child I know his age WITHOUT a tablet. He's the only kid I know his age that is a great hiker. I'm so proud of it. I just want to keep him playing and in nature.
