@@Twentythree33 notifier is just nice in general and would be even nicer if it wasn’t for Honeywell ruining notifier’s quality control. Apparently manufacturing isn’t doing so well in the quality control department. Nick from nics systems and electric had 3 faulty/defective detectors out of around a dozen or so he bought. Quality control should prevent that from happening. One bad detector every once in a long while is to be expected as no quality control system is perfect, but there shouldn’t be 3 bad detectors for every set you buy. Plus, no other brand besides Honeywell brands seem to be having this issue. Nick has a vid explaining this issue with Honeywell in more detail.
@@Twentythree33 Haven’t seen that on my end. Every part I’ve worked on has worked just fine, and I have tons and tons of devices some new some old. Maybe it’s a regional issue.
They’re not bad panels and the components are decent most of the time. Plus, they’re easy to setup and service and are actually perfect for smaller and less complicated facilities.
