Hey, thanks for the purchase. You need to create a Notion account and be logged into this. Then you need to click the link in the pdf download which will take you to the Notion template. Then you simply click ‘Duplicate’ to use the template in your own setup. Hope that helps 🙏🏻

You can give your clients a 'can comment' access. That way, they won't be able to accidentally delete any blocks or info. They can also upload files and tag you when they do

That is not what i mean. on some pages is [Client Name]. I want to write the name only at one page and all [client name] fill in the same. or for example an address or something else

Thanks Calem and good question. From a Clients perspective they see exactly what is shown in the video, however depending on permissions they aren’t able to change/alter the layout etc. It’s also possible to export Notion pages as a wiki, and effectively run it like a project website. Thanks 🙏🏻
Looks like a fantastic template. Does it work if you publish as a Wiki? That way it's more of a resource pool for the clients, contractors and potentially other people working on the project whereby people can't alter the content.
Thanks man 🙏🏻 yes, so when you share with clients, contractors etc, you can set their permissions from ‘full edit’ down to ‘read only’ depending on your requirements.
Great idea, just one question which may seem silly. How/where is the portal stored ie is it accessed through the practice website with a login zone or is it using a 3rd party client portal such as notion etc? If i purchased your client portal templates how exactly would i use them ie what software is required? Thanks
Thanks Jordan 🙏🏻 The portal is hosted on Notion, so if you purchased my portal it’s a template that you can add to your Notion set-up. You then share the Notion link with your clients. You can use the free version of Notion so long as no files you upload to the Portal are larger than 5GB. If they are, you’ll need to upgrade to the paid subscription which is £8 / $10 per month. Hope that helps.
Great work man! Question: Do you find clients use this portal? Are they hesitant? or are they still asking you questions that can clearly be found in your portal? I run a design practice as well (2 decades) and am still trying to find the balance between over management and enough.

Can you perhaps share a helpful link, how to get the client portal format onto the desktop Notion app. If I click the link in the pdf it takes me straight to the browser version and if I sign in to Notion the client portal is not there anymore.....? Your help would be greatly appreciated!
Hey, thanks for the purchase! So you should first sign in to Notion before clicking the link, which should then take you to the Notion Client Portal site. You just need to click ‘Duplicate’ on the Client Portal site to duplicate it to your Notion set-up. Once you log back into the desktop app the Client Portal should be there. Hi, just bought your template and loving it so far. Quick question, if you have the Pro plan, do you have to pay per person you invite to view the template/page?
Hi Callum - thanks for the purchase and delighted you’re enjoying it! If you have the Pro plan, that will allow you to upload unlimited files and store them on the portal. You only have to pay this for yourself, and your clients can view and access the files by using a free account. You don’t need to pay additional for each user.
@@initiatearchitecture Thanks so much! I just wanted to suggest something while you're here. I think you may be missing a trick with how you've presented this template. Sure, it works really well for architecture practices but it's also a very good template for a marketing agency (what I'm using it for). Yes it needs a few tweaks but nothing major. If you framed it differently you may get more people purchasing the template as at first glance it seems like a template for just architectural practice. Just a suggestion and thanks again for the template 🙂
