Notstandskomitee # Lenkberechtigung (Industrial /IDM/Experimental) 

Malte Steiner (Notstandskomitee) started with electronic music in the early 80s and began releasing music with his soloproject Notstandskomitee in 1991 besides his work with Das Kombinat, on tape, Vinyl, CD and Online on several labels.
Over the years he developed the electronic Industrial style to his own original brand of IDM music.
Besides being musician, Steiner works also as media artist.
