I left Notts in early 2000 when all the portacabins were on the forest and roads dug up. Shocked watching all these clips.

It wasn't ,"cheap" & your alternative would have been so expensive that it would have been unaffordable which would have left us with a premier city at a standstill with traffic. Grow up!
