NOUN 14th Matriculation 

To further add value to its certificate, the National Open University of Nigeria NOUN has entered into partnership with leading Universities in the world on development and promotion of open educational resources.
Vice Chancellor of the University Professor, Vincent Ado Tenebe stated this in his message to the 14th matriculation of the institution in Abuja.
