He says four ingredients and simple yet peanut butter has a lot of ingredients, especially modern peanut butter. Also, are gluten free oats natural because most of the time gluten-free is not done the proper way (because it's too time consuming) so they have to do chemical modifications, just like they do with decaffeinated coffee. The podcast gets a thumbs up but not because of this guy... At least his heart is in the right place

I swear they got together and said, "let's put EVERYTHING, every freakin chemical we can think of and put it in a jar and see if people will buy it". It's freakin awful. I'm a fan of PB, but you are right, most of them add all kinds of garbage. Stay safe out there friend.
@@LatimusChadimus you can get raw peanut butter just like you can get raw honey it's like he said on the show it's harder and companies aren't evil putting the artificial ingredients and preservatives in there products it's just easier/ safer for said company
