never could understand the nonsense of not swinging on a 3-0 pitch . . . the only inside-the-park HR I ever had was on a 3-0 pitch . . . ran a *_BUNCHA_* laps next practice and was benched the next 2 games . . . got put back in the lineup last game of the season . . . struck out, flied out and then groundered into a double-play . . . as a graduating senior I woulda *_LOVED_* to have had the chance to swing at another 3-0 pitch to see what coach woulda done . . . I'd see him around for a couple years after and we kept up a running joke about him being glad I never got another chance at another 3-0 pitch ⚾🦇 😂

Love coaches that teach their kids to hit that 3-0 pitch.
